I found exactly what I needed at this store.

The employees greeted us and asked if we needed help. Goes for all departments. A employee named Rigo in plumbing very knowledgeable and answered our questions. Great guy.

The employees are always helpful. This is always our "go to" store and it's very rarely that we don't find what we are looking for.

I don’t know what’s going on here but the staff is way friendlier and you don’t have to hunt them down anymore it’s like a complete transformation of this store and the personal. I had to go back outside and look at the name on the building to make sure I was at H-D and not some other store love the new transformation of the employees go and see for your selves. WOW is the new Hemet H-D. Keep it up.

If you need help just ask customer service and they will get someone to help you, everyone I have interacted with at that store have always been friendly, helpful, and courteous. Especially Paul in Plumbing Dept.

We usually find everything we are looking for. The employees are very helpful.

I was assisted by two employees during my afternoon visit. They were knowledgeable, very helpful and confidently directed me to specific aisles where that item could be found. The store is clean and is the best Home Depot I've been in. There is good parking and easy access to city streets. The employees really helped me, I had about 25 items on my list and I was able to get almost everything during that visit. Keep up the excellent work. Thanks for taking care of one old veteran who now finds walking a chore.

Been there 3 times to get lumber. No lumber carts. Lumber mixed up on racks. Lumber on floor and empty shelves. No dewalt rolling tool boxes.

The Hemet Home Depot is one of the smaller stores but very big on customer service and customer appreciation.

Staff is friendly and helpful at this location. Items I usually need are in stock. The lines during this Covid-19 situation run smoothly and quick and are monitored by staff which helps with orderly check out.

Don Torres took great care of my children and I. I appreciate his care and devotion to his job.

Store always had what I need in stock. Searched two other stores that seem as if they don't know how to do inventory. Satisfied!

Cashier Denise was super nice and made check out very easy and fast. Also, there were two employees who helped me, one who cut my wood planks and was very nice about it and the other helped me find several items throughout the store. I appreciate you guys. I went to Home Depot in Hemet Donald Torres helped me pick out a stove. While shopping around I decided to purchase the bundle which included the stove, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Don explained everything to me and I was happy with his customer service. Don has so much patience and has the best customer service at that store. He deserves to be recognized for his excellent service and dedication to the store.

Great store with great staff. Some items not in stock (ex. nitrile gloves in larger sizes) but that is to be expected during current times. Well stocked to some degree, but not as well stocked as some small mom/pop plumbing / hardware stores. I would like to see more in-stock Makita cordless 18V tools beyond the basic drill/driver sets.

What happened to Customer Service? Are the Front End employees robots? Don't they have any customer service skills? Can't they say, THANK YOU? Geez, why have any employees? Might as well shop at a competitor where I get a military discount all the time!

Each shopping visit at Home Dept is good. Friendly staff and great prices. But today was exceptional with the customer service provided by Justin (a supervisor). Thank you for assisting us.
