Stopped to pick up a fly trap. Found a large wooden planter barrel I wanted but was stuck inside another one. Nice male employee got it out 4 me. Couldn’t find Scrubbing Bubbles with other cleaning supplies. Asked Adriana V if they might have some in another location. She looked in 2 other areas, then checked the computer, walked to other end of store and got it for me. Rang everything up for me. I asked if someone could help me load the heavy planter in my SUV. Box boy on break. She offered and did it herself. While in parking lot, 2 large carts began rolling into a parked car. She immediately ran and stopped them from hitting a car within inches of an accident. BEST EMPLOYEE I’ve EVER had the pleasure of helping me. Home Depot is very lucky to have her. I honestly can’t say enough about how phenomenal she is.

We have been to many home depots and hardware stores since we bought our old house. This one has a small-town feeling and the staff is very friendly.

My husband and I have purchased several items at homedepot including, portable air conditoner, microwaves, supplies for home repairs and am very pleased that we did.

I know this store gets slammed and was super busy. I know there's probably people who didn't get helped quick, and the aisles aren't set up the best... however the associates all really helped me a lot. From the Customer Service for a truck rental, to the pro/lot associates who loaded an entire pallet of concrete for me, to the cashiers, to the return of the truck. I've been going to Home Depot for over 25 years and this was probably one of the best experiences.

I enjoyed a positive shopping experience upon contact with (newer employee) Jeremiah who assisted me with both Sprinkler and flooring section, I then went to gardening where I was further assisted by Marty who not once but twice assisted me with what I was searching for in the gardening section. I am pleased to say I was able to obtain all items on my shopping list with the assistance of both employees. Thank you gentleman! What I am disappointed in, was the Sales Rep. who denied my use of family military discount. Her reasoning was, I would need to show military ID. I share both name and residence at which purchase benefits.

Great professional people

Dirty parking lot, broken parking stops, a mess in the contractors parking area, dirty cart if you can find them, bums hanging around the parking lot. Items on the shelves if you have them, there in the wrong location, ex the plumbing department. Isles blocked with stuff. Items re boxed with missing parts, Shoplifting

Keep up the good work, need to see the electrical aisles fully stocked!!

Having just been in a car accident just minutes before, the staff at this location put a smile back on my face. They were very friendly and funny and seriously….it makes a huge difference. You never know how far your kindness touches someone who really needs it.

Waited so long for someone to come help I found the items myself just not happy with this specific location.

I needed help in Tools. Big guy working kept saying he help. passed me at least 7 times, Never helped 1x.. I was about to give up when I prayed for a helper. God sent me Damascus. Not his depth but said he'd help the best he could. He answered 2 basic questions , showed me the tool and accessories I needed, went to go find a key and took to checkout. I went to paint next. and there I was helped by Ms. Terri J. Shes equally as awesome. but Damascus was above and beyond. I almost left. I usually shop elsewhere. But Damascus made all the difference.. Integrity is his middle name. awesome service. deserves a 10.. Hes tops..

We had several tools etc… we had to purchase for business and a few personal items for ourselves and everyone was great in helping us! Our cashier Guadalupe was awesome since we had to split our purchases, it became important to her to make sure we had the proper receipts one for work and our receipt. We love our Hemet Home Depot!
