I did some home improvement this past summer and dealt with alot of different Home Depot Departments on several different days for several days. Not once did I ever have a complaint! ALWAYS friendly,helpful, patient, and polite!!!!

Got cleaners, dish soap, laundry soap and other household items with my Pro points. Thanks to Chabela who took the time to inform me about this points and close to expire. Adriana who was my cashier was friendly and accurate!

There is not enough space to show the many things that i have bought from the Hemet Home Depot. This store is small in comparison, but very big on customer service.

No one bothered to do their job, asked for help in carpeting and no one ever came.

I went in to inquire about retaining wall stone blocks for a DIY project. I had my measurements, but no idea how many I'd need. The employees at the garden center asked me a few questions and figured out the quantity! They were patient, helpful, and most of all, quite knowledgeable!

This store is horrible.

9 months ago I bought a new vacuum online and a few weeks ago it stopped working. :(

It was hard to find the items I was looking for and when I asked an associate they were not of much help. Some of the new associates(young people) keep calling me “bro”. That is not professional at all. Even though I always shop here some other new associates treat me like if I was going to steel a 60 dollars item. I spend thousands of dollars here so the new associates need to be better train with manners and being more respectful. I have shopped at this Home Depot for more than 10 years and it was annoying this experience.

It’s extremely hard to find help, and when you do they make you feel like a nuisance .

I purchased a Husky tool cabinet at a great price. the cashier was kind enough to call 2 employees to help load up into my bed of the truck.

Went to purchase a tool chest I saw in front of store and price was incorrect I guess . They took care of price and kept the advertised price. As busy as they were at the time I think they handled the situation correctly and timely manner. I will shop here again because of this.

I went to the Hemet store to get lumber. I think they were a little short handed that evening but even so, the employees were very friendly and helpful.

I shop at this location almost daily and sometimes, several trips a day. I have never once been dissatisfied with service or product. I mostly use HomeDepot items for the upkeep of my home and yard, and have been for over fifteen years.
