Every employee we encountered on our visit spoke to us with a smile and an inquiry if we needed help. We have been to this particular store years ago and you could never find anyone to help. It certainly isn't the case now.

Black Friday at the Harrisonburg Home Depot was a great experience. The employees, the products, the store display, the prices & savings - they did a great job!

Store was clean and tidy. Employees were very helpful and compassionate! Special thanks to Marquis and Kenneth for hunting diligently for a very elusive breaker to get my heat working again and for treating my 3 year old (who was very bored, but very well behaved the whole time) to a lollipop.

The employees in this store are super friendly and so very helpful. They know their products and how to use them. Shopping here is always a pleasant experience (even when my husband gets cranky) . ;-)

We were given good directions as to where potentially the item could be found. The two men who we had the fortune to find were diligent about finding what we needed, even though it only cost ten dollars. They treated us very well, as did the cashier, Sarah. The store itself was just and clean. We will be sure to shop there again.

We have been frequenting this store since purchasing our old farmhouse earlier this year. Every single visit has been pleasant. Every employee we have encountered has been professional, friendly, and helpful. The store is clean and well-run. I highly recommend this Home Depot!

I have shopped at this store since 2015 and have enjoyed every visit. The staff has been very courteous and helpful to my needs. Every member that have had to ask for help have been very knowledgeable in there area and to my needs. THanks to the Team at Home Depot!

Store was well maintained but good employees made the difference. I could get help from an expert on lumber stocks.

Joshua has served me numerous times and is always friendly, helpful and always thanks me for my 21 years of Army service. He usually helps me load my items or at least asks if I need help. He is an asset to Home Depot!

Tina in the paint department was fantastic! She went way above & beyond to help us. Just getting the lid off the paint can we brought in was a major undertaking, which she did with smile on her face the whole time. Thank you Tina!

As usual the store was neat and everything was were it belonged. It is nice when loading a lot of sand bags that the young man getting the carts came over to help me load my truck. Not a big thing, but one of the reasons I shop here.

The customer service here is phenomenal! Every employee quickly asked if I needed assistance, and walked me to the item I was searching for. I was in and out of the store very quickly and had no idea where the three items I was looking for were when I went in. The store was immaculately cleaned and the staff was exceptional.

Great store with fantastic employees. I often bring my two dogs in, and the staff is always excited to see them and will even hold on to them if I have to pick some plywood or large items. Staff is always helpful and always friendly.

If you are looking to have flooring installed you need to see Nancy or Kenneth at Harrisonburg location. They are excellent at what they do.

Our experience at the Harrisonburg VA Home Depot store was outstanding! Their employees and knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! They go above and beyond service compared to the other large home improvement store nearby.
