Could not just swap item for same priced item.

I have shopped at the Harrisonburg HD many times. I much prefer their products than the other similar store! But this one day was not good and was disappointed with the whole crew except the young man who loaded my mulch he was super nice! He was being run to death while the cashier "Freddy was busy with his phone and didn't' know what in the world he was doing at all! If ya see him run!

Clean store and very helpful

Christina Price, service rep for this department is one of the very best reps that I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I truly hope that management takes care of this highly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate woman. She is a real keeper.

Home Deport- Harrisonburg, VA is a terrific place to shop. The variety of merchandise is great for making the right choice. And if in doubt, ask the staff. Over the last few years I have received courteous service, and expert and understandable guidance to my questions.

When you go in do not be surprised if you are approached multiple times to see if you need any help. They are genuine. They not only escort you to the items you need but they talk to you along the way and make sure you are not needing any further help before they go back to their areas.

The first person to help me was Meagan, in the paint/ light department. I needed a certain kind of light.. she was very helpful, I also needed a certain type and color of caulk, she walked right to it! She also had a very good attitude. The second person to help me was Maria at the contractor check out counter. Very professional and fast and kind. She had a very good attitude as well. Customer Service is Consistently Excellent at The Home Depot in Harrisonburg. Everything you need is in stock. The customer is truly appreciated and valued at this Home Depot location.

There has been a real upswing in customer service recently. Associates are out there looking for customers who need assistance. Associates are knowledgeable about their departments and are happy to assist.

Only one think hope price not go up more

Ken was extremely helpful to us by walking with us to find a power washer we were looking for. Although the certain model we wanted wasn’t in stock, he still helped us out by directing us to a similar model. He was great! He deserves a raise! Thanks Ken!

Living in an 1800's farmhouse is one surprise after another ... Home Depot in Harrisonburg, VA has been a lifesaver. Since nothing is "standard" I often have to rig something up to make things work. The knowledgeable, friendly staff has helped me on numerous occasions! Thank you for your service!

Home Depot offers me great customer service Great prices and products

Every time we shop at this store, the employees are very helpful in helping us find whatever we are looking for.

We had many purchases over a few days and more to come with our remodeling, Josh was so helpful in selection, locating, ringing up our purchases and even loading each time we came in. You just can’t find employees like the ones here in Harrisonburg Home Depot. Josh has a passion for helping others. God Bless and thank you for such for such a great experience even our doggie Tilly loves to come shop here with us! She gets lots of attention. Store A 1 for meat and clean!!!

Bought my Christmas Tree and other things my new favorite store

We value Home Depot as our go to store to pick up construction materials for our projects; the locations are convenient for our crew and the quality products meets the specification requirements

We special order a kitchen in May 2021 it took them almost 5 months to deliver and it wasn’t what we ordered. we kept going back and forth with managers to get them to take it back and they don’t seem to care one bit. They keep saying that it’s not their fault and that we should’ve looked over the contract carefully. We specifically told them that we want a kitchen all out of plywood especially the bottoms, no particle board. they sent us one with just the left and right side out of plywood and the rest particle board. It’s been such a hard process. And we still have no answer. Please Do Not Special Order Anything from this store!

Love this store but I’m disappointed in the lack of cashiers making self checkout to feel forced
