Just returned from a Home Depot run. An associate named ITSAIL gave me incredible service tonight. ITSAIL approached me and offered his assistance immediately. ( I’m recovering from Thoracic surgery and cannot lift over 5 pounds.). ITSAIL offered to help me gather my items and even loaded them into my vehicle for me. It sure is nice when someone senses you need extra assistance. In 30+ years of shopping The Home Depot, this was my best shopping experience ever.

The store was clean and the staff were very attentive. Brandon G. was a great associate to work with during the selection of my bathroom vanities and faucets!

During my bathroom remodel, Home Depot employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Although I made changes to my order, the service was seamless. My contractor, who picked up the materials told me he usually deals with Lowe’s, but he was shocked and impressed with the quick/easy pickup at HD! I think you have a new customer!!!

The employees are very knowledgeable about the products you have in the stores, courteous,and helpful.

Store was clean the associates were friendly I shop here alot and the store manager Tim has even helped me place orders for heaters and has even helped load my vehicle.Jennifer at the service desk is allways help full.I love this store.I had ordered some windows that were damaged and they re ordered them and was very apologetic even tho it wasn't there faught it put me behind a little on my projects but with covid and vendors being behind I understood and I know Home Depot will make it right.Thanks to all associates through out the store who have helped me with my projects and to Joshua at pro checkout who is allways friendly and makes ya smile

Every time I shop at the Harrisonburg VA Home Depot store I receive excellent personalized service! You can’t alway get this type of service from other larger stores!

Always knowledgeable and helpful staff. We always can the purchase products that we need for our home.

This Home Depot is always friendly, clean and willing to help if needed. If customer assistance is ever needed on any of my visits to this store, it is always given and with good friendly help. I would give this store a 5 star. Thank you all employees for your friendly help and assistance. Keep up the great work!

The store has a nice lay out, and you can find just about everything you need, however when it comes to a manager's help good luck. The Store Manager Tim was unhelpful and doesn't care about the customers. He stalked me around the store as if I was stealing merchandise, then when I needed assistance he quickly walked away. He should not be a manager. Overall everyone else is pretty helpful.

In these difficult times, the Home Depot has been a beacon of hope and continuity. Household projects have been a Godsend and Home Depot has been kept well stocked to permit me to complete them. The employees are well trained and extremely helpful.

Due to bad management on duty and lack of department clerk, lawn and garden, then never receiving a call for re-schedule of delivery I will not be coming back to this location. I found out about cancellation, on the day of delivery, when I called to check on time of delivery.

Shopping here was a very pleasant experience. There was a nice selection of flowers and gardening supplies and the sales associate was very friendly and helpful.

Whenever I'm at your store I always get help,sometimes have to wait for it if they're busy but then get undivided attention. One day a young man literally took his phone apart so he could give undivided attention to my questions...not sure if he really should have but I appreciated it. The interruptions of the phone were not bothering me but apparently distracting him.

STORE HAS GOOD SELECTION AND USUALLY HAVE WHAT I NEED. THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO PARK IN THE LOADING AREA UNATTENDED SO IT MAKES IT DIFFICULT WHEN YOU HAVE LARGE ITEMS TO LOAD.

Almost every time I’ve ordered online for store pickup there’s a problem. Once they tried to make me pay for a display that was in rough shape that they had listed as new. Then I’ve ordered filters and they said to come pick them up and they’re not even there. This time I went to use my store credit and they said there’s no balance. When they first gave it to me they said I couldn’t use it right away because of some weird system thing. Here a couple months later, they first try to say I can’t use it because they have to look at it before I use it, even though I scanned my license too. Then I was told to go wait for a manned cash register. Then after getting another rude response from another employee as they have that problem all the time. Then she finally says well there’s no money on it. They’ll cheat you out of your money if you get store credit. Beware.

This store DEFINITELY cares. Extreme expertise and compassion. If they don't have the answer they will get you to the person who does.

Great people, great prices

Not the store but policy she be changed for ridgid battery tool repairs. Should not take 3 months to repair a tool. Should offer replacement.

Staff is so helpful. Between this store and YouTube, you can do it!
