Home Depot Mr. Rainey was extremely knowledgeable and professional! If you have any questions and want good accurate knowledgeable information on products or 'how to' then I would suggest finding Mr. Rainey while at Home Depot - very good!

My wife and I are in the Harrison store every day and sometimes more. We have gotten to know a number of the staff as a result. One of those people is Irene. Often times she checks us out at the front of the store. She is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. At this store you can always get the help you need and at the checkout counter Irene is a breath of fresh air.

We are renovating a home and have been in the Harrison Home Depot Store daily. Most recently we have been working with paint, wood stain, and associated products. We have been receiving a lot of help from Tom Vogolson. He is kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He has gone above and beyond our expectations in helping us select and purchase the best products for our individual needs. He is a real asset and makes shopping at this store a pleasure!

We have had many good experiences shopping at this store. It seems to be managed and maintained well. One of the main things we have noticed is a difference in the employees. Everyone seems to be approachable, friendly, and helpful. In completing a recent purchase, Flooring Specialist Dianne Biehl assisted us in finding the products we were looking for and completing a smooth window blind purchase. She is a real asset to this store.

The pros at the pro desk are always helpful, kristen and her boss Jamie have went over and beyond helping me get everything I need for all my projects.

The staff and service is amazing!! It was easy to find what I was looking for and when I needed help there was someone there to help! The store is extremely clean with great products!

Jamey lattarulo and his team at the pro desk forever yet so helpful they always point me in the right direction and guide me to what I need to get they are hands down the best sales teams I have ever met their customer service is superior they're friendliness is overachieving the way they interact with their customer is just amazing they know where everything is down to the last Nuts and Bolts and when I forget something they always suggest that I run back and get it cuz God knows as a busy contractor you are bound to forget one or two things on your list almost every time all I would like to say is if you shop at any Home Depot make Harrison your primary location if they don't have it they will get it for you as fast as they can and make sure it's done with a smile no matter how long you take they never seem to be bothered always a little overeager I believe but that is a good thing to be an overachiever Nicole and the other gentleman are just equally as good I feel like it's a home away from home it's a great start to my morning to walk in there and feel like I belong thank you very much for all that you guys do and keep it up you guys rock Go Harrison Home Depot

This store is great on customer service, if you need anything and cant find it just ask somebody and they will take you to it. or you can go to the cashier Tim and he will call and get somebody to help you! my hats off to this store.

If u r looking to purchase an appliance, go see Jim Rainey in appliance department he is fantastic and prices are good for this black friday november sale at the harrison, ohio store.

I had such a great cashier, her name is Duha. I would like to think if any other store in the US would recruit a person like her they would be so much better off with customer service.

Bob, in the lighting dept. was extremely knowledgeable concerning LED technology and paired me up with the lighting fixture that best fit my needs without me over spending.

Great store with great people.

Employees are very helpful. As helpful as they can be without getting into some type of trouble. However, the delivery company currently being used is not reliable nor professional. They were suppose to deliver to us between 4-8 PM. They never showed and they never called to explain why. This happened to our granddaughter a little over a month ago and happened to us last night, so not sure I will ever order anything again that depends on delivery. Compensation for their error is minimal and almost an insult.

The employees at the Home Depot in Harrison are always helpful and go out of their way to research for answers if they don’t have an answer to any of your questions. Even as we’re walking thru the stores to a specific aisle, the employees we pass ask if there is anything they can help us with.

The garden section has great employees. They were very helpful.

After going two other competitor's stores looking for a fire pit for my wife's birthday I was delighted to find they had a good stock of them . The web sites for the other stores said they had stock but when I showed up at the store they could not find or did not have any. Should have went to Home depot in the first place. wasted gas for nothing.
