Employees were very friendly and asked how we were or if we needed help. Our cashier was very friendly and checked us out very fast and efficiently!

Individuals who actually work in this store are very personable and take the time to work with you on your individual needs. Diane in flooring has gone over and beyond what I needed. She has worked with me tirelessly and always has a smile. She has helped me with flooring for 3 different spaces in my house and even helped me order a new double oven that went out the same day my carpet was being installed. She is definitely a huge asset to not only this store but to the organization. Other employees that should be recognized is Nate in plumbing and the guy in the Paint Dept who is always friendly and offered his assistance when I was in the middle of a project that wasn't turning out the way I expected. I think his name is Tom.

Good clean well organized store.

Definitely not the store it used to be. My carpet installation was such a struggle to get anyone to answer basic questions. My recent fence purchase took 2 months to get someone to come out just for an estimate and now that I have paid in total, I get silence. I called the store and got juggled around and placed on hold 4 times and finally was promised someone would call me right back. That was 3 days ago and still haven't heard anything. I haven't even received an email. Not a bad place if you are going into it to buy something but I will never use them for anything that requires them to deliver or install a product.

This store always had what we are looking for and more! They are very friendly and always helpful employees. Loved all the new Halloween decorations and the displays! So cool!

The people who work at the Harrison store are great! Jim who calls himself "the Gem" was very helpful in the appliance section. I will look him up next time I need another major appliance. The store is clean and well-stocked. I am just moving to the area, but plan to be a regular customer in the future!

If you're in the market for appliances and need assistance, I highly recommend working with Jim Rainey. He knows his stuff!

I went to the Harrison HD to replace some solar lights that were only a few weeks old but were not working properly. The Harrison HD was Out-of-Stock and I was short on time trying to get things together for a party. Mike (manager, not sure of his last name) told me to check back later and apparently he went to another location of HD on his own time and brought back 6 lights!!!! THANK YOU MIKE, YOU'RE AWESOME!!!!!!

Really appreciate the store when there is people of knowledge that can guide you to the right choice of materials needed to finish your project at home.

I was in a hurry to get in and out of the store and was very pleased by the attentiveness in all the employees who showed me exactly where to get the products I needed. I also got through the cashier line as there was plenty of lanes available to get through in a quick manner. Enjoyed shopping at this Home Depot for sure!

If you would like any assistance in any department don’t waste your time at this store!

Tom in the paint department is extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure we had the correct paint and stain for the project we were doing at our home. He took the time to give us personal attention while answering our questions.

I went to the store on Kemper Road in Springdale, but they did not have the size I needed. Then I went to the store on Colerain in Northgate; they also did not have the right size. So, i finally went to the store in Harrison discovering that they had the blinds I needed. The lady who assisted me was very helpful!

This is my "go to" store. It has a kick back feel being a medium volume store. The employees really care about making sure your visit is good. The store is always clean and I like that the isles in this store are wider and more open than the high volume stores. Tony the store Manager is a great guy that has gone as far as helping put drywall on the cart and loading into my truck. He is no doubt above and beyond!

They are open on Sunday for propane tank exchange and will help you if you need assistance

This store has some high quality associates in the paint, plumbing, and especially the pro desk areas. They are not only knowledgeable, but courteous and friendly. They give the extra effort to help me find the items I am searching for, whether it is in the store or a catalog. The check out lady near the pro desk area always greets me by name when I enter. She is also quick to check people out so I don't lose a lot of time. I usually get there early to start the day so the in/out time is important to me. There is always someone cleaning the floors so I am not sliding on loose gravel or tripping over packaging straps or dry wall papers that were pealed off by others. The only complaint I have with this store is the same about ALL the Home Depots I've been to and that is; they don't carry the complete line of products in a lot of the areas I shop. For instance, lumber, no 14' dimensional lumber. If I want a 14' 2x4 or any other width I have to buy a 16' and waste 2'. Drywall, they will have 90 degree corner beads, but not 45 degree. I have even offered to but the whole box if they would order it and HD won't allow it. The other day I went to purchase carpet staples but there was no dispensing tool for those staples. What good are the staples if there is no staple gun to apply them? It is a waste of time to have to go elsewhere for the one or two items I need to complete my shopping when HD should have had it there.

I find the items or produces I need, or will need in the future always at Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and helpful in directing you to the proper location for the items you want. The floors are always shining and very clean. I actually look forward to shop at Home Depot just because of the fresh smells like lumber.

The shopping was quick in and out as customer service helped find exactly what I needed.

We had another awesome trip to Home Depot! I bought my second washer/dryer set from the Harrison store last Saturday. The first set, the washer lasted 16 years and still going, but time to get a new set. Home Depot had the best sale ever going on for appliances! We came in to only buy a dryer, but the sale was so good, we got the washer too! The staff was very friendly and helpful - very knowledgeable, allowing us to leave feeling really confident about our major purchase. The atmosphere of the store is so inviting, it feels like home. The displays give great example of what the product would look like and how it would fit into your own home. Home Depot is my favorite home store! Very inviting and I get help finding exactly what I need (and want)! Thanks Home Depot!!!!!!

Everything is great except the indoor cacti. They looked as though they had never been watered, EVER. All shriveled up and weeping. Pitiful. 2 weeks prior i bought a bottled water to water some of the worst ones myself. But 2 weeks later i came in and they were worse...completely untouched as far as water goes. They had been moved around and adjusted, so someone had to see this. But come on, i mean how sad. Why not just water them?

The store is always clean, the employees always helpful, Dianne in flooring is wonderful, and the only thing that would make this store better is tool rental.
