I want to take this time to thank Nate for his excellent customer service he show us He was very knowledgeable about the product we need and not only direct us to the product but took the time to take us to the product ,Nate also give us good advice on the project we were working on ,he took is to the register to ring up the casher paula was wonderful at the closing of our sale (thanks Nate)

We love Harrison Home Depot! It is our go to spot for everything, but most of all painting needs. Tom in the painting section is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have taken his advice and many panting tips that have warranted many compliments. The whole store is wonderful with customer satisfaction.

Employees were fantastic in this store....couldn’t walk down an aisle without an employee asking if I needed assistance! Really helped me out!!

Hard to recommend this store when there are not sufficient quantities of building materials on hand and when special order items are placed, they do not come in on time. When you attempt to get a refund the management staff is not at all helpful and there is a complete lack of follow through in resolving the issues to get your money back. The employees have been very helpful and knowledgeable, especially the plumbing and Pro Desk. The real issue I had was, the manager I spoke with was not at all helpful and needs lessons in appropriate customer service. The problem I asked help with is still not resolved. A phone call and follow through goes a long way to explain why problems are still not solved.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, MANAGEMENT, AND HANDLING OF BUSINESS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE

My wife and I live approximately half way between our local Home Depot store and another big box store. We always shop at Home Depot because they always seem to have what we need. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our salesperson Mr. Rainy in the appliance department was very helpful and especially friendly.

Your associate, Mr. Jim Rainy, was very helpful in getting us to the right refrigerator that we were looking for and did not try to pressure us into buying something that we did not need or want. Very refreshing.

They always have what I need, they're always willing to help when I need it, and they're usually the best price around with quality tools and materials.

Store was well stocked. Everything I needed was available. Personnel were knowlegeable and very helpful.

Store was spotless. Asked someone for assistance and he went out of his way to help locate items for me.

You need plumbing help, see Nate! Completely assembled, cut pipe and glued fittings on my new sump pump. 60 yr old female with no experience in sump pump replacement. Came home, dropped it in the hole, connected one pipe and it was ready to go!
