A store with friendly staff, very good selection of goods and some pricing very good.

The store associates were all friendly, easy to find when help was needed, and they knew the answers to our questions. This store is my favorite to go to, always clean and uncluttered aisles and a nice atmosphere.

Employees are great at this store

Tried to purchase a quantity of deck boards tonight.. They only had 6 in the bin and 3 were trash. Could not locate ANYONE to get another pallet.. They had all day to refill it, but I guess it wasnt a priority. Had to make an additional stop at Lowes down the street.

I had great help from Kayden in the appliance department. He patiently walked me through the comparisons of the microwaves I was interested in. I was glad there were a lot of choices. He looked up information for the million questions I had. He was respectful, knew his stuff, patiently listened to my concerns about different models. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful associate. And he was nice and had a great sense of humor. Great combo. Store was neat and clean and checkout went smoothly and quickly, handled by another great associate who was hilarious. So nice overall to deal with pleasant people. All in all, a great experience.

Your survey somehow determined that I was unhappy with my experience.......not true. The Hadley store employees are great! Every once in a while there's not enough of a part I need in plumbing, that's my only complaint.

The store is well stocked. The employees are always eager to help. The paint department is especially good. Great prices, too.

Excellent customer service and found what I was looking for.

My husband and I drive an hour to shop at this specific store. The manager/assistant mgr. and staff (Richard in kitchens and Phetney in appliances) have been very helpful to us and make the extra 30 minute drive well worth it. The store is well stocked, staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. We recommend shopping here and will certainly be back again very soon. Great customer service!

Steven, an associate, helped me with the execution of a project by suggesting a different way to tackle it, as well as helping to locate and cut material. I am beyond happy with the customer service at this store!

Love this store! We used to go to Pittsfield, which was fine, but since we moved, Hadley is closer, and we're even happier with this store. Staff is friendly and helpful, ample easy-access parking is appreciated, and the store is well stocked.

Clean, bright, easy to see what was there. Very friendly accessible staff who KNEW exactly where we could find two very different items at opposite ends of the store.

Great employees, quickly able to find everything I needed

Store is clean and well stocked. There are a lot of older employees who are very pleasant to the customers, such as Paula in the garden department.

Organized, efficient and plenty of floor help. A good place to get home related items. My husband is a contractor, and frequents HomeDepot for necessities he can count on.

Don't need a green thumb to grow the variety of plants and shrubbery at Home Depot. I've always been very satisfied with the health and variety in stock. Check it out!! Great workers and at least it is one big box store that has staff to water the plants etc. !!!!!
