Darren was super helpful when I visited today. He really knows his stuff. Also, he is always very cheerful when I go to this store, great attitude. Good to see especially during this time.

I have had continually great experiences every time I enter this store. I always have limited time due to work to shop for the products I need but the minute I enter the door I get assistance and find my entire list. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I am so thankful during the pandemic to have a go to store that is following all the protocols also- so I feel comfortable in the store. Thanks

Dave and Paul were very helpful and showed me the fasteners I needed for my deck. I left very happy, with time to spare as I’m always very busy with day to day tasks

Darren was so helpful when I had questions as to where to find things and what to use for my project. I don’t know what I would have done if he didn’t take the time to help me and genuinely make sure I was satisfied with my items before I purchased them. The cashiers were also very nice at checkout. I believe Jill and Sara were their names. I’ve been to other Home Depot’s in the last and you are by far the best and most knowledgeable. Keep it up!

Bad experience -- I had a "no interest if paid in 12 months" offer for my home depot credit card. Code 8CH8X23 I bought $502.44 worth of stuff I presented my offer coupon to the cashier. He told me it expired and handed it back. I stuck in my pocket, paid, and left. I discovered the coupon in my pocket today. -- 10/21/2020 -- and saw that it is valid through Nov 30, 2020. I called the store and they said my only remedy is to return to the store with my coupon and receipt. Waste of time !

I really enjoy this Particular Home Depot because the garden department is outstanding! Plants I have purchased were lush and very healthy and thrived in my yard.

I sometimes like to stop at the Hadley Home Depot instead of the one in the city I live in because on a tight schedule it's right there on the way home from work when I need something for a project.

Joe from electrical and Jeff and Darren from hardware always help me with my projects. Adam the cashier is always very polite and has good customer service.

Love this store. The employees have always been very helpful and friendly to me when I go there, which lately, has been often. They recognize that I am a Veteran and always thank me for my service.

The Hadley, MA Home Depot employee’s have shown exemplary customer service. The store has had items in stock we needed or the employee’s have been happy to order it in or call other Home Depot’s to find out if it’s in stock. The store is clean and has a great variety of home goods, garden, construction and items needed to make a home beautiful.

At the height of the Covid epidemic, we were trying to avoid an extended stay in the store to pick out materials for a deck. I waited on hold for half and hour, which i didn't like, but understand under the circumstances. When I finally got Leon at the Pro Desk, things went as well as I could hope. Now I hope the delivery will be successful and the quality of merchandise will be acceptable.

The employees know where things are and how to use them, and the customer-service reps are always kind and cheerful. Other than the recent shortage of hand sanitizer, the shelves are generally well stocked with at least a couple of options to choose from.

Steve Campbell in the Kitchen Cabinet area produced a much better layout design of my kitchen than the High Priced version of an independent designer. Congrats for hiring such talent!!

Clean, organized, well stocked and always have exactly what I need! I'm not sure who manages this store, but Kudos to YOU, Manager! You have trained your employees well to make this much more than just a shopping experience.

Libby at the front counter and Sharon in the MET dept went above and beyond in assisting with my search for a product I was having trouble finding. They were respectful and showed patience with my request and helped me get the product I needed. Thank you!!

This store is so clean, bright and so easy to find what one is looking for . I can't say enough about all the staff they are so helpful. We wished you had a grocery store.

Visited the Hadley, Mass store today 1-4-2020. Today's experience was a great experience. I feel Customer Service is back. Maybe 2020 will be a new year, a new decade for face to face customer service. The world has lost this. We all need to be patient, be polite and be helpful. Lets hope this experience I had today will continue forward. It feels great!

Very friendly and helpful staff who know where things are and help me find them. Nice bathrooms. Easy to order items at computer right by the entrance.
