Awesome store.....Love everything about it... We just bought our first home so weve being visiting a lot....

Seriously every other store has wireless payment methods. Except for Home Depot.

Darren was very helpful and helped me find all the stuff I needed for my project.

Craig and Loretta helped me find a toilet, vanity and faucet I needed .

The location is convenient to my home and always well stocked. While not always able to find every little thing I have needed on trips there, that is rare. Over the years, I have found each and every employee friendly and extremely helpful and willing to assist in any way. Highly recommend this store.

The staff is always so helpful and friendly. A shout out to Diarmuid for helping me purchase some fantastic patio furniture and to Lauretta for helping me out of a mid-project paint dilemma. Thank you!

Customer service is AMAZING. I needed assistance to find certain items because I don't shop at this location (I'm from Connecticut). Assistance was provided to me with respect and smiles. This location is beautiful and clean. I'll definitely shop here again.

Clean store with friendly staff.

HD needs to train your people on the PRO desk..When they cant even look up pricing on a simple common board, i.e. 1x3x10, along with eight others, and tell the customer to go look up the sku numbers so they can write you up, thenHD has finally reached the tipping point..Either train these folks properly or get rid of them.. your business is suffering because of it.

Associates are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Follow-through on special orders goes way beyond expectations. Cannot say enough of this store.

Every time I visit, I am treated like the best customer the store has ever had! I was well assisted with my shopping needs! Came in looking for blinds, found the best customer service in town and blinds!

I came from Holyoke hoping to find a floor lamp for my new bedroom and I went to 3 different retails stores and found no luck on a floor lamp. My last resort was Home Depot. I found my way to the electrical aisle and was immediately greeted by Matt. Matt was nice enough to help me look for a floor lamp even showed the different types of LED lights and even this new Google Nano Leaf (will be saving money for that one!!) Matt from Electrical helped me find the perfect lamp and even the right light bulb. THANK YOU MATT FROM ELECTRIC!!! You made my visit easier!

I may have hit a slow time, Sunday morning, but they were very quick to bring out the sheetrock I purchased (50 sheets) as well as help load it into 2 pick up trucks. Nice pleasant guys, checkout clerk was also very pleasant. Also did a return, fastest I've ever done, also pleasant.

The store is less crowded than other HDs in the area, so feels safer to be there. Employees are available and very helpful.

Very friendly and helpful customer service in the paint department. Lauretta was very patient with all my questions, and helped me choose the right products to get the look I wanted in the final product. She even remembered me on a later visit, and seemed genuinely curious about how my project turned out. Clearly it's a knowledgeable staff!

Darren was a great help to me. Fast and very nice and courteous. Helped me find a sale item that I couldn’t find on my own and even helped me find a better option than what I was originally going to get. He really knows his stuff and is a great asset to your store and company for sure. Sammi I believe is the other associate who helped me and was very nice and helpful as well. This store is much better than the others in the area. I even go a little out of my way to make sure I can go to this store.

We love shopping at this location. The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure we can find what we need. TJ at the Pro Desk is the BEST! He has helped us so much in the past few months while we have been working on updates on our home.

The Hadley Home Depot is the store I head for when I need just about anything for home repair, gardening, or appliances. This store is staffed with knowledgeable employees who seem to go out of their way to help the customer.

Being in an area where we are fortunate to be able to pick from three Home Depot stores, Hadley, Ma., is always our first choice. We literally built our home 20 years ago, using primarily the West Springfield, Ma., store and used the Boston Road, Ma., store when stock in West Spfld was low or we needed something else in the Boston Road area. Once the Hadley store opened and we found that is was always well stocked, employees always helpful and friendly, we have continued to make that our "go to" Home Depot.

I was in the store a few days ago and was looking for a battery and Darren showed me a kit that had a better battery, a tool, and a charger for the same money. I am very happy with the service I received!!

Shout out to Darren. He is a great help every time I go in there for anything. He really knows his stuff. Regan and Taylor also assisted me with my questions and just overall a great experience. Your staff is Very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish more companies were like yours . Great job!
