I was exchanging a brand new but damaged tool, the customer service desk was great Adam(csd) helped me return the item but in the process a large line grew and with no help Adam asked Michael(electric) to help me order the new tool that was not in stock. Michael said he could not help me until he was done with the customer in paint. After 10 minutes I find out Michael should have never been in the paint section and the only reason for him to be with the customer was to ensure she got a paint lid for free. He had just had a conversation with Adam and could have easily told him about the lid situation and been done with the customer. Instead he refused to help me and told me to get back in the customer service line which I did and ended up continuing to get great service from Adam but was later tapped on the shoulder aggressively by Michael and told to not tell him how to do his job after I suggested he couldn’t given Adam the lid

This truly is the best home depot in western mass, i drive past others specifically for this stores stock, as well as employees Their Pro desk is unmatched in service

Jeff helped us find a laser level and then helped us find the type of hydraulic cement we needed to patch a leak in the basement. He was approachable, friendly, courteous, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. His positivity made the trip easy and enjoyable!

This electric dryer does a great job of drying clothes and is easy to operate.

We went to the self check out with a lot of molding and we’re quickly overwhelmed by the process. Store employee Keven was wonderful. Keven stepped right up to help us process our whole transaction. Thank goodness you were there to make it so much easier Keven! Keven went right on to help another customer as soon as we were cashed out.

Waited in line for a RETURN, and then the trouble began.... Couldn't process it, so I said I would look around... Came back same deal... They said they would take the part, and call me, I asked for a receipt... They were hesitant,so I waited again for the manager, he was not available, so finally a supervisor came and was able to process my return... Well I had been there since about 5pm for about 45 mins by now, and upset... more to the story, but suffice it to say, all is good until you return something, or the product doesn't work... The service was quick and courteous, but stay away from the key copying "service". The young man who copied the key I brought in made copies. The only problem is that none of them worked in the lock they were supposed to fit.

On my recent visits to the Paint Department at Home Depot, I was given professional and knowledgeable information from Phil who informed me about the paint I needed and answered all my questions. I got the products I wanted and was extremely satisfied with the knowledge that came with them. Thank you very much Phil!

Having been to this Home Depot in the past and have been satisfied in general. But after going to Lowe’s this week to purchase a kitchen appliance we were happy and amazed to find that they had the exact appliance that we were told would have to wait 3-6 months at Lowe’s just down the street. Not only that but the employee was helpful and did not try to upswell or include extras. Happy we went there after hearing some bad stories

I was greeted and asked if I needed help, silly me said no “I’ve got it”… well as I wasn’t sure where I would find my item, so I ambled aimlessly. Within a few minutes, another employee approached asked if they could help..this time I was smart enough to say YES.. He lead me right to the garage door openers, stayed while I made my decision(with his guidance. Asked if I needed anything else before he thanked me for choosing Home Depot, before he headed off to go back to where I found him… Great experience for this senior Citizen.. Thank You

I have purchased several items at Home Depot in the last several years. The staff is always helpful and it is an easy in and out.

I travel almost exclusively via cargo bicycle year round, but accessing this store requires crossing a sea of mostly empty parking lot. I park in the areas near the "contractor" entrance to the store, rather than the tiny, hard to use bike rack located around the side of the store. I often carry more than anyone in a raised pickup truck leaving the store, yet there is minimal infrastructure to access the store in anything but a car. Hadley is a very unfriendly city to pedestrians and bike users, but the store could put effort into ensuring safer access for pedestrians, including actual sidewalks, rather than leaving us to fend for ourselves as men in raised pickups that have never seen mud speed through the lots. (Also remember that HD actively union busts and lobbies against laws to provide employees healthcare. Only shop here as a last resort, there are local hardware stores nearby as well to favor.)

I was looking for The Pink Stuff, a fantastic cleaning product I'd seen advertised and wanted to try at home. The Home Depot was the only local place I found that actually had it in stock. So, already a solid score for finding the product I wanted. Then, there were actually live people at check-out points (I'm not a huge fan of self-checkouts!) and the person (Paula) who served me during my visit was such a friendly sweet lady. Had a very pleasant experience on my visit to Home Depot yesterday!

I can't understand why you allow dogs in your store

Some items in this store are not available at other stores. Plus the prices are very good and the staff is always very helpful.

I find that the Hadley Home Depot is consistently a very neat, organized, and well-stocked store. The employees are always available and helpful.

I have found most of everything I have needed and being retired I have been doing many projects. Thank you Home Depot for making it easy with your helpful employees and products I have needed for my projects.

They didn’t have a section so she took the time to actually make one!!! You guys are truly wonderful thank you for a great shopping experience!

My experience with Laurette and Connor was very pleasant and enjoyable. Very helpful, knowledgeable and it shows that they care for my bathroom shopping.

I have been building one of your 12X8 sheds with my mom and sisters the past couple of weeks. I have been going to the enfield Home Depot because it’s closer to my mom’s house, but comparing the two stores, wow… your store is superior. The staff really knows their stuff and are willing to help! Darren found some decking screws for me to use on the floor of my shed and I noticed they were quite expensive and was going to resort back to nails. But darren found me a clearance item that I was able to afford and I couldn’t be happier! Jeff also assisted me with a few items I needed as well. Upon checkout, Wanda was very polite and sweet as well. Keep up the great work and motivating your staff. it shows :)
