Home Depot did a good job, and they normally do a good job. ~ I shop at this Home Depot regularly so I know where most of the items that I want are located. Hence, I can get in and out quickly. Thank-you! Also, thank-you for the military discount!

The store was clean and orderly. Most employees were courteous and knowledgeable. The manager I spoke with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very good at multi-tasking.

Shopping experience was great until checkout. Employee Ricky helped me find the right blinds for my window. He also helped cut some wood that I need for a special project. I find it great that you guys have a mark down section for pieces of wood! However i proceeded to the check out line and the cashier walked away from her post and left me standing there for a while without saying were she was going. I believe her name is Destiney. She rang me up for the wood and charged me full price. Even though there was purple paint labeling it marked down. I asked if the wood was on sale considered thats what the worker in lumbar told me it was for. She rudely said i do not know and rolled her eyes. So i explained what i was told about the paint and she asked well why is your card in the reader, take it out then! I understand some workers dont care for customer service or the company’s name, but they shouldn't be placed at position where great customer service is expected.

Do to the Covid-19 they manage to keep a clean store and be friendly

Customer Service was polite and fast service. Clean restrooms. Easier to find what I needed than other home improvement stores. Clean aisles and pleasant air conditioning. Well stocked shelves.

Homeless people in parking lot...beggars to!

My experience at the gretna Home Depot was over all okay. There are some fantastic employees who go above and beyond but others who seem to not want to be at work at all, and get annoyed with the simple questions. Due to Covid-19 I understand some products are not available but I was able to find most of what I needs. I will be visit again, even with the few bad employees that roam around the store.

The Store had the drive up lanes next to the store repaved because of pot holes and sinking concrete sections of the drive up lanes. Nice job Home Depot.

All of the Equipment that is parked outside gives a welcome feeling.

I go to this Home Depot regularly so I know where the items I normally want are located. Hence, I can get in and out fairly quickly which is what I want. I never 'shop', I don't ever like to shop. I go to buy and get out. I can do that at this Home Depot. Thank-you! Also, thank-you for the Military Discount!

Antonio at the Home Depot in Gretna is a great employee! He is very attentive, friendly, and polite. He took his time in ensuring we had all the supplies needed. I watched him also help customers who did not speak English and he was so great with them! He is an asset to the Home Depot company and his kindness is very much appreciated. It is difficult to find good quality employees, and Antonio’s amazing work ethic should be recognized. Thank you.

I have been shopping at this location for over 14 years and have never been disappointed. Great service, friendly knowledgeable employees and very seldom out of stock on items I needed. I have purchased everything from light bulbs to major appliances and have always been satisfied.

This store is buzzing with activity ! i can go and if i need help it is real easy to find . i shop at this store often ,it was easy to ask for replacement parts for sink .And with the new self cashout its a good system. i give it 5 star rating the product gave me plenty to choose from staff easy to get help the store was clean

Some Team members work well helping hand and some team members had work way Beyond to help more. Harold in plumbing had went out of his way to helping me to get the right merchandise high up on the shelves multiple times to use for the right project. Harold in plumbing was continuing to help an stay to figure out want I need for the project, when other team members had walked away from me.

Clean, the employees are very helpful when needed! And I don’t have to look for someone to help me find something because there is some one close by all over the store.

Just wanted to express my thanks for keeping this store open during a crucial time in our lives with this pandemic. I commend your employers/employees for continuing with basic services and with keeping supplies up to par. This is a task in itself during these enigmatic times and I commend you all. Thank you!

I was in the Electrical Dept. looking for candelabra & intermediate base LED bulbs. There was a worker on a rolling latter who graciously asked if he could help me. I told him I hated to ask him to stop what he was doing, but I did need some assistance. The gentleman was Randy who not only located what I needed, he went to secure a basket for me. What a superb employee to offer such assistance! Thanks Randy and the Gretna Home Depot!!!
