My husband and I went to the Home Depot Gretna Store. We had a great cashier by the name of Tracy helping us. She made our experience so pleasurable. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Everyone that I had to talk to for the different necessities, I needed, were polite, helpful, friendly, up and beyond the normal, that I usually run into. The coworkers were very professional with each other as well as with me. It was a joy. To get done what was needed. I am someone who does things themselves. I’m not a repeat customer in general because it’s not what I do. But I had a great experience.

Lines are always long, store a mess and emloyees ride and mostly useless.

Garden department is well stocked,& the store employees are very helpful,the lumber department had what i needed & looking to buy materials for a bath room remodeling,from home depot.

Thw service I received today at the Gretna facility is the worst I've experienced. Your front end associate, Sandra, wasn't friendly as well as her professionalism interactivity customers. She questioned me as to why I chose a damaged product. I stated both was damaged.

Spring is in the air right now. Take a visit to the HomeDepot in Gretna and welcome the Spring into your yard.

Cashier joycelyn is always very friendly and always has the solution to any question or problem that I have. Thank you joycelyn

Everyone who worked at this location that I came in contact with were very polite and made me feel like they wanted to help me get my project completed with all the right equipment the first time.

My cashier Eugenia found my personal money order I received as a gift and turned it in and I came back a hour later too get it and it was in a safe place.

Store is well stocked with lots of choices even though some of my items are no longer carried.

I was in the Halloween area checking out what was left admiring the animated props. Within a few minutes a very kind gentleman was there asking me which one do you want?! I said all of them ! We talked about the ones I was looking at and he checked stock levels and nearby stores . I decided to purchase the floor model ..last one of this huge 8 ft smoldering reaper. He was very kind and took it apart gently and placed it piece by piece on a hand truck and helped me get it to my car snd loaded in. He was genuinely friendly and very helpful. All salespeople could learn from him.. Thank you Chaves!

I traveled from Slidell to Gretna to purchase holiday merchandise for our business. The sales associate went above and beyond with returning my phone calls and coordinating and assisting with my purchase.

Great staff always professional and helpful

I usually go to the Harahan store but recently started going to the gretna store because the employees at Harahan are dismissive and sometimes just have a very negative attitude. They see you approaching them and actually turn off into an isle to avoid helping you then sometimes will just say "we don't carry that". Ask another one and that one actually did help and told me where to find it.

Mrs Tracy was so helpful and professional, she has helped me many times at customer service, she always greets everyone with a smile and has such a positive attitude, Thank you Mrs Tracy for your professionalism and positive and kind attitude, you are asset to home depot and I appreciate your kind and very proffesional attitude.

I had a great customer experience with ms Alayah, I had alot of items to return she typed in my pro extra number and everything was easily returned, she was very Profesional, courteous and extremely patient, thank you Ms alayah for such a positive experience

Home depot seems to be hiring the worse mannered people they can find. No training or proper instructions on customer relations.
