One of your employees going well above & beyond the performance of most of your employees. The first employee did a poor job. I asked where an inside carpentry was located. She said, "If we have it it will be on isle 12." She was not even close. I persevered. I asked another employee, 'John', who had a genuine smile on his face, positive energy in his voice, was intelligent, & articulate, & he said, "Isle 25, all the way to the back." He was accurate. I also needed a plumbing item & since he knew about my carpentry item, and went back to success. He knew where the plumbing item was located also & walked me to it. I remember customer service more/longer than what I bought or what I paid. 'John' was a superstar among the unwilling & unable!

i always go to home depot for the needs of the maintaince my house, i sometimes go on line and locate the products aisle and when i get to the store, there they are. i usually don't need assistance but when i do, i would ask an associate, and they will be very friendly and willing to help out. The store is usually clean and organized.

The employees in this store are always helpful and manage to get the customer exactly what is needed.

We have been patronizing this Store since 2013 and are VERY satisfied with the Associates' knowledge & assistance!! .. if we have an "issue" with anything that we had purchased, they were MORE THAN EAGER to replace it/refund us!! Respectfully, W. Joseph Gordon

customer service great!

the store is clean and the people helpful one manager Morice was very helpful. He had helped me set up a pro account. A lady in the paint worked very hard matching paint for me. When a delivery did not come on time we informed Morice and he sent a special truck and had it delivered promptly. Many times the service was over and above one girl named Hillery had helped with cabinets over and above customer service.

Shopping experience was much worse because the cashier checking me out in Return was very rude and condescending. She questioned my mother and I as to why we were checking out in her area, after we repeatedly told her an associate/fellow cashier told us we could. For context, there was only one person in line at the time and there were 2 other cashiers available. She had an attitude with my mother when she asked about savings; rolling her eyes, cutting us off when speaking. She didn’t even wait for us to walk away before turning to a fellow cashier and loudly complaining about people checking out in her area. Never in my life have I experienced such blatant disrespect while shopping in this store. I know customer service is usually great but she was quite awful.

Store employees could be alot more helpful! No one seems to want to go the extra mile to keep customers on the move! Prices are higher for convenience, but the lack of help makes it very frustrating

There is a female employee in the Plant section who is pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. I ended up buying plants that I did not intend and come to the store to buy. Great customer service!!!

I regularly shop at this Home Depot so I know where most of the items I normally buy are located. Hence, I can get in & out fairly quickly which is a good thing. I found what I wanted & checkout was fast enough. Thank-you. Also, thank-you for the Military Discount!

The service is generally good at this store and the workers are knowledgeable about the products being sold.

Excellent customer service, no hassles with returns, very helpful staff on hand that go out of there way to assist with locating products and bathrooms are always clean.

I shop at this Home Depot often so I normally know where everything I want is located and can get in & out quickly. There were no 40# bags of sunflower seeds in the designated bin, i.e. it was empty. Hoping, I asked 'Brian' if there were any available but not on the shelf. He checked his device, located a box at the top of the shelves, and pulled a bag down for me. Thank-you for going the extra mile. And thank-you for the military discount!

The outside cashier in the Garden Center area was unfriendly, knowledgeable, and unhelpful. I asked the outside cashier in the Garden Center where I could find 'Root Rot'. In her tone of voice, eyes, and body language she was not happy with me for asking a question. She brusquely pointed to the back of the outside section of the Garden Center and said, in the back, all the way in the back. I looked where she pointed, but there was no Root Rot. I found your root rot on the inside of the store on the wall with the other garden chiemicals. The cashier either did not know where the root rot was but didn't care to do the right thing and find out or get a knowledgeable employee to help me, or was just being a jerk and directing me to the wrong area intentionally. Thank-you for the Military Discount!

Great customer service rendered at this location

People, people always leave a greater impression than what I buy or what it costs. The self checkout employee, I believe that her name was 'Stacy', was nothing short of outstanding. I asked her if I could receive the military discount at self checkout. Even with the mask on her face you could see the genunie smile on her face, in her eyes, & you could hear it in her voice when she said, "Yes." She was intelligent, fast on the uptake as we talked, she was very articulate, & helpful way beyond most HD employees I have encountered. If I owned a business, she would be the type of employee that I would want representing my company.

I hate to put more work on him however Mr. Gus is the perfect staff member for assisting customers.

The EMPLOYEES are ALWAYS HELPFUL & FRIENDLY. The most important thing is that the EMPLOYEES are very knowledgable of the layout of the store and willing to assist because they are very observant to the customers walking

The Gretna Home Depot has the best customer service! Any time I have ever had a question in any department, a team member was always willing to help and offer solutions. Moreover, if you need help loading heavy products they will gladly do so.
