The store is very clean. The store employees in appliances are friendly and knowledgeable!

I order a tankless water heater online to be delivered to the Greenwood, IN store. They were running an online special that included valving ($50 value). I received notice that my order was in. I went to pick it up and only the valves were in. They had no idea where the heater was and quite frankly didn't care. When I returned home I received an email saying my order was complete. I called the store and and explained my issue to who answered the phone. The person who I spoke to promised to investigate and call me back. Never heard from her. I called a couple of days later following up and that person was "unavailable". Explaining it again to another person. She did call me back a few hours later and told me Corporate said to give me my money back after I returned the valves....which I did. They said my credit card was already credited. It showed up on my online bank activity 5 days later. Funny how a charge shows instantly but not the credit. No apologies, no nothing from them. Is it the stores fault? Partially but its really Home Depot Corporate that didnt care and that attitude trickles down to the store and its manager and employees.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. The staff are always friendly. You can even see them smile under their masks! They go above and beyond their duties to help. They don't say "that's not my department" and tell you where to go. The store is always clean. 5 stars to them!!

Great prices, excellent customer service and fun place to shop. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. My favorite place to shop for home improvement needs. Keep up the great work!

The sales associate when out of his way to try and find the right refrigerator for me. He was patient and answered my questions. After looking at various features and types of refrigerators/freezers, I purchased a Kitchenaid refrigerator/freezer that was on clearance. I would definitely recommend this store. I checked another store that had the same refrigerator and did not get the same service. The price was much higher, too. Store was very clean without a lot of clutter in the aisles.

We bought a new stove and had a great experience with the sales person that actually listened and did not push us to buy something that we didn’t want.

At least the Home Depot in Greenwood cares about its older citizens. There are always carts available and people everywhere willing to help and guide you

During a pandemic where both the state and corporate policy require masks in order to enter and shop, this store ignores that. In fact states, "we're not going to make customers wear masks". Bad publicity...TERRIBLE!

Recently I used the self checkout area of the Home Depot. I touched a number of surfaces including the hand scanner. After I completed checking out I watched to see if the area would be disinfected before the next customer used it. It was not. I assume that the hand scanner was not disinfected after the customer before me used it. Home Depot promises to protect its customers. Nothing but lip service.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Not like the southport store.

We had a very positive experience last year with a complete kitchen cabinet refacing project. Very happy! Just ordered luxury vinyl planking and installation for the entire main area of our home (minus 3 bedrooms). We received excellent assistance with our project.

EASY IN & EASY OUT

I walked in the out door because it was raining heavily. Even though i walked in the out door i was greeted by Debi. I had a 20" supply line for my sink in my hand and I was walking a fast pace toward it. Debi started to point me in the direction as I was heading there with laser focus. She and I made i contact and shared a laugh as she seen I knew where I was going. Such a fun moment that Shows Why I shop Home Depot! :) thank you to my local store and its workers who make it great.
