I needed a new hose for my shop vac. and fortunately went to The Home Depot. The 3 employees I met there made it a pleasant experienced, rather than a chore.

I needed to replace some light bulbs. I chose the product I wanted and was out of the store in ten minutes or less.

I drove over an hour to get some things that arent readily available in my area durring these times. After cking online 2xs b4 leaving and arrive to find they dont have 1/2 of what is listed.

Customer service rep, Kiesha was so rude and unfriendly, we will NEVER shop at Home Depot again! Didn't get the first responder discount as advertised. The associates on the floor were all helpful and very nice. Not at Service Desk!

Was so greatful to Ed at Home Depot, not just letting me know three of the four appliances I wanted to order was out of stock, but searched for others that were available "now". What great service I received on my visit purchasing not only four appliances - but many other houselhold remolding items..... because I felt like I mattered at Home Depot!

We have always had wonderful experiences at the Home Depot on State Road 135 in Greenwood, In. This location is our first choice in all our repair and lawn and garden needs.

Jill in the customer service department was basically one step away of accusing me of stealing 3 D rings for 3.34. Because I paid cash and did not have my receipt. She was focused on lecturing me than looking at my Homedepot rewards. Her attitude sucks.

Zechariah was great in helping us order an anderson 200 sliding patio door

Two employees help us today, one help my wife find and get the Christmas tree she wanted. Another help me find a scaffolding I found online but couldn't find in the store.

We were lucky to be served by one of your employees by the name of David (last name?) We were shown the utmost courtesy and professionalism and came back the next day and purchased a snow blower after this knowledgeable employee's suggestions.

I have been shopping here for 16 years. Never a problem or complaint.

This Home Depot location in Greenwood Indiana is by far the friendliest HD I’ve shopped at.

The store and its employees are first class! The associates were very interested, helpful and knowledgeable…the store manager that I dealt with was not friendly, helpful and seemed disinterested in my shopping experience.

Have shopped this store since it opened and have always found the products I wanted and the associates available to serve me. Finding stores, in general, that have a sufficient number of employees to serve customers is rare, particularly in these post Covid 19 days, but this store has accomplished this.

The store was clean, products fully stocked and excellent customer service!! I was greeted before I entered the door and asked by three employees if I needed assistance. The employees were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!! Thanks to the wonderful "Home Depot" team!!!

Website said they had the open crate Milwaukee pack out in stock it wasn’t on the shelf and asked an employee he said it was in stock but on a shelf due to a sale about ready to happen and that I should wait till then, I live an hour plus away and I drove all the way here and this guy wouldn’t even get a tool off a shelf for me.

From the customer service desk, to the experience in our purchasing, the whole thing was made very easy, thanks to associates that knew their jobs. It was very refreshing, as this world has gotten lazy about working and caring about their jobs.

People who work here are extremely friendly and eager to help.

This store is very good, but too far from home. There needs to be more locations in the Indianapolis area, especially the west/sw side. I wouldn’t have to spend so much money on mediocre product at L***’s! Very friendly staff. Please keep plenty of Schlage locks in your inventory. L***’s has cut way back on theirs. Too bad for them!
