We buy lot of items time to time from here. My recent experience was great. Charles helped me out a lot to choose the right wood, tools and materials for my DIY project. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this place.

Ashley was wonderful at check out forgot my bag and she came looking for me u don’t get that at a lot of places

I buy all my tools and home improvement needs from the Home Depot. Cannot be beat on selection and service. Online portal is also excellent but I love just walking into the store. I am such a believer I bought their stock last year

Went to Southport store to purchase a riding mower. Customer service employees were rude and condescending. Went to Greenwood store and could not have had better service. Everyone was helpful. They did not have what we needed, but they worked hard to get it ordered and sent to our home.

The person running the self checkout( which I despise) actually was friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond customer service in my opinion.

the item was not showing on the the store inventory but it was there and Steve in appliances was very helpful in verifying the correct sku's and writing up the order and would pull the product for will call.

No matter how well you know what you want at Home Depot the staff are always there to help with expert knowledge and information to help you with your projects. They have helped me with bathroom, basement, painting, ceiling and many other small and large projects and they can and will help you too! Just ask!

We were shopping for an oven for church. Our salesman, Daryl took extra time with us to show us products and make recommendations. Knowing we needed one right away, he remembered a discontinued item in back. It turned out to be just what we needed and we got it for a great price! I couldn't thank him enough for his help to us. I will definitely look him up again when I need another appliance.

Carrie was extremely helpful in getting me clear caulk. the first tube I bought said it was clear but was actually white even after it dried.

I did a purchase with my credit card from home depot, I was expecting for a financial period of 18 months but I got a 6 month finance. I went to the store to talk about it and people helped me excellent, the problem was solved and they were amazing.

Every time I visit the Home Depot in Greenwood and I have a blonde lady cashier by the name of Carol, I ALWAYS leave happier than when I arrived, she’s so helpful, sweet & knows SO MUCH about ALOT! And ALWAYS MAKE ME LAUGH!

When you switched to a handheld scanner, you messed up. Before, I only needed one hand to pass the item over the flatbed scanner. Now, I have to hold the scanner and the item. Big Fail!

I bought blinds a month ago and they did awesome job for selection and installation process.
