Randy who helped us in hardware and with cutting a key was awesome. He took his time while helping us as well as two others before us and did a wonderful job!

This store itself is great. I have shopped here since it opened. Heads up though, if you purchase appliances, ask lots of questions, especially if you pay for delivery. The delivery company has not been reliable at all. I have waited weeks and still do not have my appliances. Live and learn. I hope they get delivered next week like was promised by delivery company without any damage!! Oh by the way, the sales associate was wonderful! Very helpful, I just should have asked more questions about the delivery!!

Terrible store. Low quantity of items in stock and poor service. Had to load 50 sticks of 20' rebar by hand myself behind the store. ProDesk is an unorganized mess.

I'm not sure about the store as a whole, but when making my purchase of a shed in Fort Collins, we had to call Greeley to place the order. Our phone representative literally tried to deter the sale and kept saying I wasn't allowed to things that the Fort Collins rep said I was. For instance, the Greeley girl said I could not have my shed delivered to the back yard. Fort Collins said yes, the delivery guys did deliver it. Just one example.

I like the customer service

I shop at home Depot all over the country. I'm a contractor that travels with my work. This store is by far the best in customer service.

This was once a customer friendly, helpful store. Things have changed. Store is dirty, lack of merchandise on shelves, cartons carts and ladders blocking access to the available products. No associates to help especially in hardware and appliances/home decor. Self check out is usually only available unless you go to commercial check out. One associate is terrific. Joe in lumber. He will help anyone who asks for his assistance. He cares about the customer and is very knowledgeable and actually seems to like his job. He doesn't look the other way when you make eye contact and are looking for help. He will help or get someone to help. GREAT ASSOCIATE.

Well stocked, clean and helpful employees.

Do not go on a weekend. The employees are too busy to help and always have an excuse why they can’t help but always say they are sorry.

Quality store with an above average selection of items. I found a paint product that I was unable to find in other stores. Alex in paint was able to look up the item quickly and showed me right to it. One of the better shopping experiences I have had as of late.

We had a good experience at the Greeley store and Dave in the appliance department was VERY helpful.

Terrible custumers service of all, and believe me I am in home depot 6 days a week at least 1 time per day in different stores in Denver but Greeley is the worse.

good service, lots of supply

The employees at this store are always very helpful. On this visit I wanted to pick up a flowering plant in the garden center. The checkout person helped me research the plant I was interested in so I would know how to best take care of it. I was in and out very quickly.

This store was cluttered and disorganized. There was broken glass on the floor in the garden tools department that had appeared to have fallen out of the box that was haphazardly leaning against a shelf. The isles were so cramped that it was near impossible to maneuver a cart. Isle displays were skimpy and sloppy. The entire store was in disarray. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

I called several carpet companies, but only got a good response from this Home Depot store. Andrea Shomock was our store contact and she was very professional, took our carpet sample and found a close match with their current available stock, set up a great installation schedule. She worked with us to schedule around our renter who works nights and swing shifts. This made the process very smooth
