I called the Home Depot located in Greeley, Colorado and Dave in the Appliance Dept was super patient and knowledgeable and I purchased a LG Washer and Dryer set and new Whirlpool dishwasher.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, willing to go with you to find items or just to engage you. Prices are reasonable and quality is good. Aisles easy to maneuver and items easy to find. Overhead signs help.

Mark in lights is awesome and very helpful.

Eric in paint is awesome, so friendly, helpful and full of knowledge. He showed up options, we found exactly what we needed. The paint section was clean, and everybody that worked there seemed friendly.

Helpful Staff - I was looking to complete a bed that had been disassembled during a move many years ago. The staff helped us find each and every nut and bolt without complaint.

Everyone in customer service especially Navea and appliances is very helpful. I will go to this store again. They also have plenty of help to help you out!

The store was well stocked with decent redwood lumber and the personnel was ready to help in any way they could. I travel all along the i25 corridor and list many Home Depot stores and this store is always well kept. Ramiro is an awesome guy very helpful.

Big or small project they go out of their way to help.

Apparently there is one head of each department and no one else knows what's going on. We had a special order and no one was ever on the same page, didn't tell us about steps WE needed to take, until we questioned it or until later on thus delaying our small flooring project for nearly 2 months. Calling or going in, no one ever know what the 'f' was going on, they'd look up our order and tell us something different than the last guy. Call and bug us to pick up our supplies, but then it's not ready when we do, and then they ask next time what we already picked up. Shouldn't they know that!? We've NEVER had experiences like this here. Its usually our go-to place. Perhaps no longer

This store no longer has a yard for large items. I purchased several large bags of soil at the check out. I drove around to the side of the building but there was not a yard? So I went back inside where I was told to get a flat cart, load the bags, push them through the entire garden center and then load them. Rather than giving a receipt to the yard attendent who loads the soil into your vehicle.

I LOVE the hustle and bustle of so many people in a very well organized environment. You can get help even if the store is packed with shoppers. The store always looks so well put together and is very easy to navigate and find what I need. The Greeley Home Depot is my favorite store in Greeley!

This store does not seem to be overly customer friendly. The store was clean, we found the products we need, after stumbling on an associate that was very knowledgeable about the products we needed. The person watching over the Self check out lines (The only place to check out unless you went to contractor sales cashiers). was as friendly as needed saying thank you after checking out. Not having cashiers at registers to assist with the check out of products purchased is very disconcerting to a much needed work force.

We really like visiting this store as it is Convenient and you can always find somebody to help you.

Love this Home Depot!

I am a contractor in the northern Colorado area. I visit many big box stores as well as private owned stores. This store far and above goes beyond any other stores that I purchase materials from. This is an A-1 class operation. The store tends to be smaller in size and yet they serve the customer like a larger store (impressive).Kexi

Extreme lack of customer support. I waited 20 minutes for an employee to assist me. after being ignored by passing by employees I finally found the person who was supposed to be in the department I was shopping in. After pulling him from his private conversation with another employee, he did not offer much help, and became combative when confronted about that. NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!

This store is a joke. No one knows anything. They send you on goose chases. Push the blame on each other and have major attitudes. Was told by Steve that they are doing the best they could under the stress they are in. What a crock. Asked 3 different people for help and they said they knew something but then when we asked them they sent us to someone else. Talked with manager on Duty Andrea who apologized but only because she had to. It was obvious she could care a less either. Rudest store around. If you don't know something then just say politely I am sorry I don't know and offer to find someone that does. Sad this store has lost over 2k in our business in the last month. Everyone I talk to has had issues with this store. From dryers being delivered 3 times messed up and finally being told the outlet is wrong to carpet being laid wrong. Run very fast. o not trust this store.

We appreciated the employees knowledge and help when we had questions and needed some help. The store was clean and well organized making it easier to find items. We talked to 3 employees and all three were knowledgeable and helpful.

Not worth the stop. Go to Loveland or Fort Collins store instead. They have shelves stocked and employees who actually want to work there

The Management at the Greeley store has been abusive to staff and many customers the last few times I've had to deal with them. I used to shop here weekly but Adam is just awful so I typically only come in if I absolutely have to and I will run in and out as quickly as possible. About the time Adam showed up at this store, the morale seemed to decline. I have seen him abuse staff, by yelling at them or really tearing into them with insults and talking down to them. I have seen him treat customers the same way. Many of the staff just seemed to stop trying and I can't blame them, if that is how Management treats them. A little civility and kindness goes a long way.

This is the best hardware store in the Greeley Colorado area. All of the isles are well marked and the customer service agents are super friendly and knowledgeable about all areas of the store.
