Best store in Greeley, mainly because I am in here almost every day. I work as a handyman

store mgr needs to focus more on product availability. I live closer to the Greeley location but would still focus more attention on getting my supplies at the Loveland store.

literally no one will greet you when you walk walk them. most of the associates are on their phone.

Never was asked if I needed any help. If you do ask for help, its rare if they get off their chair to actually help you. Waited 30 minutes for our pick up order then another 10 after only half came out. They gave us a $20 refund because of it, which was unexpected. When we returned the items, we were never greeted, only stared at until we said "hello" to the group of customer service employees staring at us. The girl doing the return would not take the time to figure out a system error telling her that I needed my return back partly in cash and partly on my card I originally paid with. She wouldn't get a manager or another employee, anyone. Basically said take it or leave it. Meanwhile, another customer service lady was filling in as greeter and was having a loud argument with another employee in the greeting area. Classy. So we will be going to Fort Collins for our Home Depot needs from now on.

We went in to purchase plywood. There was a sign in front of the plywood, taped to it that said, $13.99 and when we went to the front to pay, it came up as $49.00. Both my husband and I, were disappointed that the sign mentioned the first price, and they charged us the other higher price. It was someone that out the sign on the plywood and it was false advertisement and we spoke to the manager. We bought 10 of the plywood and she could only take $50 off our purchase. They need to train their employees to not put other signs on something that is not on sale. Very disappointing.

I had to buy a new refridgerator and washer and dryer. The saleperson was excellent in knowledge, assistance and ability to help me get the best appliances. I was very grateful! Thank you!

I needed to ensure I was charged correctly for a purchase & it was handled professionally by Manager on Duty, the customer service Representative, and even the Store Manager stopped by to make sure I was a happy customer=which I AM

So sad you can't get help in the store even during the slowest time. Then have to use self check out due to no registers open. I love that they hire handicap people but self check out is not a place to have him since people are in a hurry. To top it off I purchased lag Bolt and he did not put them in my bag. I didn't realize it and called the store. I was told by manager Eric Biddle that there was nothing they can do about it because they could not find them anywhere. They would rather lose a customer over $4.00. Sad part is after I said I would be calling corporate he decided to pull the cameras and found I really did not get them. The next customer took them. He called to say he was sorry and pulled the bolts to put at customer service. Why would I want to shop back at your store when it took 45 minutes to find the bolts I needed due to nobody knowing the department. Then the gentleman checking out not putting them in my bag and then to be told too bad so sad. You are screwed out of your money. Will not shop with Home Depot again. Biggest joke of a store and manager Eric Biddle needs to learn customer service and how to deal with helping customers.

I purchased an electric mower in 2020 and it stopped working in 2021. I used it 34 times totaling 28 hours. The manufacturer’s repair center couldn’t get parts from the manufacturer and the manufacturer refused to assist further. I called my local Home Depot, talked with SEAN THOMPSON and replaced my mower on the spot! Thank you SEAN!

I bought a gas range about a week age and was given great information and do's and don'ts ideas. The gas range was installed without problems

I have a choice as to stores with items I need for repairs around the home. There are multiple sources in Greeley, but I choose Home Depot. It has knowledgeable staff, well stocked supplies, and individuals seem eager to assist when I am seeking a service or need advice on a repair item.

Loved my shopping experience. The store had checkers (not just the self check-out). Eileen was very nice, quick and I did not have to remove heavy soil from my cart for her to scan. I found everything I needed and then some. Found all employees were friendly and assistive. Good stock and great prices.

This is the closest Home Depot, or else I WOULD NOT recommend it. For years they habitually do not answer the phone, get transferred, they'll often hang up on you before you can say anything. This is THE MOST IRRITATING thing about this Home Depot. Once you arrive, the service in each department is overall VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. Ive been doing tile work and the boxes were too heavy for me to lift, on two separate occasions both guys were super nice. After check-out I asked for assistance, waited, but nice help arrived! While looking at carpet, a super great gal came to help me with samples, as its crazy weird to reach them. She was awesome/helpful. Got my info right away for an initial order to get rooms measured. My phone # was entered wrong, which I don't find a problem with mistakes. What I do find a problem with is that over TWO DAYS, I had to make phone calls, it took me one hour and about 30 minutes total to correct! So frustrating. This is tacky business practice, no follow thru, dont pick up phone, and lack of knowledge. The 2nd day to got a guy who HELPFULLY corrected it. This Home Depot is both hot and cold with customer service, ugh.

The people were very professional, but the cashier had a problem ringing up something I bought she scanned the box but The scanner did not pick up the barcode for some reason, so she had to look up the item and it took just a little while, it wasn’t very long and she found it and got me the discount for buying the whole box, this store has always treated me very good, and they are very fair and honest

Chris is amazing he went above and beyond to help us find shelves. He’s a little trickster and made us laugh. Home Depot is lucky to have an employee like him.
