Kenya in Flooring was super helpful! She was willing to help with everything my family & I needed assistance with. We told her we would go find her when we needed her help again. She went above & beyond for us. She always had a huge smile on her face and answered any questions we had. Thank you so much Kenya! Your hardwork and help was very much appreciated! We hope to come across many more employees while shopping at The Home Depot, that are just like you!

With a few exceptions the employees are not good at customer service. I've been a customer there for over 20 years and recently it has gotten worse. Lowes at Gilbert & Warner is a better option

Amazing customer service on Black Friday. All employees we readily available to assist and talked to each other to help the customers navigate through the store and crowds. Great team work!

Love my local HomeDepot. Every time I visit (which is multiple times a day sometimes) I am met with helpful associates that appear to enjoy working at this store. I also truly enjoy seeing management out and about making sure everyone is being helped appropriately. Thank you #471 employees for making my rainy Black Friday visit enjoyable.

Excellent staff and Management .

Generally I can find a qualified person to help me with my project at this store. However there are times that knowledgeable employees can be hard to find, but that’s rare. I enjoy shopping at this store as it’s clean, convenient to my neighborhood and the shelves are usually well organized and stocked.

I generally have terrible luck with flooring through Home Depot. This time it was Measuring and the Home Depot phone Operator that dropped the ball. George and Kenia both made sure to fix everything to the point that I didn't need to do anything else. They took care of everything and locked us in. They both have made sure to keep me a loyal Home Depot customer.

Always Helpful, Easy finds, prices a little high, but live able, Discount for veterans. Love your Holiday Displays.

If you care about being treated fairly and with respect, please do not shop at this Home Depot - they are rude, their check-out equipment often fails, there may be a half dozens around you but do not expect them to assist without an attitude - worse of all is their Customer Service people who really seem to hate their job! Also, please check your receipt since they often scan a higher price.

I just put in new carpet through out my house and repainted entire interior of the home, the Home Depot on Val Vista and Warner was where I started my search and that's where I ended up doing everything . The salespeople worked together in the different departments to help me get my project done in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with all of the help and the price . I had researched many different places and quality and price was a must and I found that at Home Depot. I am very pleased with my decision.

Best store out there! Joni is the best! It's a great feeling when you walk into the store and see that Joni is working that day!

The lumber I need is always available, if not on the shelf then in stock and Mike has no problem retrieving it for me. Joni is amazing at the checkout. Super friendly, efficient and a joy to visit.

If you need help in the store ask for Fred, he goes over and above to help..

Store is clean and organized. Easy to find everything you need, plus the employees are incredibly friendly and provide you with any assistance.

The cashier goes, "pew pew" when you scan stuff, made our day!!!

Went in to this store on a Friday night and found the perfect tool box...a Husky 22" Connect Rolling System with an additional expandable section. Will work perfectly for my crafting needs. Both Kate and Fred helped me to make sure the setup was working properly...and no parts were missing. Outstanding service!

The wise Home Depot management team Decided it was better to remove registers and put in self check out registers then they only open a couple of self checkout registers so you have to stand in line waiting for ignorant people while they try to figure out how to use a self checkout register. I get the feeling Home Depot doesn’t want my business.

My dog and I came in one evening make a large item return, the young lady offered to hold on to my dog while I went back to my truck.
