Terrible cashiers, no effort to contact flooring. Very rude, don’t go to Ildiko to check out because if you have a issue she won’t try to resolve it and will make no effort to be professional or courteous with a small issue such as a flooring sample, we were very kind to the cashier but not treated the same

Ann was exceptional. She was very helpful and made the whole experience pleasant!

The employees were kind, helpful and always inquiring if I needed help. They were knowledgeable and accommodating.

This store is always neat and staff is helpful. There are some employees who have been there for years which is nice in a big store.

This store has CARING employees/people, that will go above & beyond to help you achieve your materials, loaded and in the truck. Marcus Cook is running a very good team here, supported by the likes of John (Big John) in the Electrical dept, Patty, Jeff, Tina, Marysol @ the Pro desk. Kourtney (sp?) at the returns desk. I can go on and on!!!! Great team work!!!!

This Home Depot employees and the store are always busy but yet as a customer I never feel frustrated that I can not get what I need & get checked out in time. This STORE IS AMAZING!!! I wish other stores could figure out how well you take care of the customer and make sure you have enough people at the check out to assist and get customer on their way....THAT KEEPS CUSTOMERS HAPPY & coming back. I NEVER hesitate going to this Home Depot, I know I can get what I need & out the door back to work quickly. Thank you!

Had to travel out of my way to purchase an item not available at my neighborhood Home Depot. Both Home Depot staffs were very helpful in Gilbert and Mesa AZ. I appreciate the fact that Home Depot employees make themselves familiar with the products they sell and offer helpful advice. I also applaud Home Depot for remaining open and available to its customers during the pandemic. I remodeled my home during the quarantine and I made MANY visits to Home Depot. Thank you!!!

Visited the garden area and received the best service. Ann, the cashier smiled alot, was very personable, and made me feel welcome as a shopper. Two gentlemen were also very helpful with the pottery.

Very poor customer service. Seems like the young adults working at this HD location just want to chat with each other. When I so much as dared to enter the young girl’s checkout line by the pro desk tonight, she looked at me and talked to me like I was inconveniencing her precious time doing nothing but talking to her coworker. This is not a one off. Most of my recent experiences in this store have been exactly the same, tonight was the final straw. Suggest management hold a workshop on what quality customer service is and when it doesn’t happen, show employees the door. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

STAY away appliance people LIE and scam. BE cautious online price $4388.95 in store price $4671.94 this was after they lied about power cords and items needed to install $282.99 worth lol $600 discount not after that

When we shopped at this location we found the cupboards and hardware we were looking for and it was very easy to go through the checkout lanes and move along through our shopping event. Thank you.

Nolan was amazing in helping me on my project. He went way above and beyond what was necessary to help me even giving feed back on ways i could improve it. He made my time in the store enjoyable and efficient.

I recently was at the Home Depot on Val Vista and Warner to have paint matched. Johnathan in the paint dept. worked soooo hard to match my paint, I was so impressed how much effort he put into it and the results were fantastic. Great customer service!!!

Absolutely no help!! We asked for help to load an $800 cooler. Nothing!! The manager Matt literally said “So what do you need from me?” No care in the world about his customer service!!

I purchased some items via HomeDepot.com. It was very easy to order. The store had all the material ready for me when I got there. Check-in was quick and easy. The attendant was friendly but not forward.

This store used to thrive on friendly customer service. Now employees seem to be getting inconvenienced when they are asked to help you, especially in loading lumber to a cart or to your car. Rude and lazy is all I can say.

Store was out of product I needed and when I asked when they would get more product in they could not tell me. A lot of employees but not one asked me if I needed help! When you run a store this big you should know what your customer needs are and should never run out. The only one that was helpful and friendly was the cashier.
