Just got here, needed a few things for the house. Home Depot had the advice, product selection, and easy return policy to help us get settled. Their people are awesome - everyone in every section was knowledgeable and helpful, including the return desk as we tried out and returned a few items. Couldn't be more pleased!

Went to go find some plants for my new house.. Hopefully I can keep them alive.

I have been a customer of this Home Depot for five years. While the main complaint about big box stores is the difficulty finding an associate to assist you, you cannot make that complaint about this store. I have always found informed store personnel who seem happy to answer questions and help me locate items I am looking for. Having shopped big box stores for decades, I am happy to have one of the best ones in my neighborhood.

We have purchased everything from paint sprayers, brushes, home entry doors, storm doors, washer /dryers, kitchen appliances, lawn mowers, pressure washers and attachment's, water hoses, sprinklers, lawn tools indoor outdoor lighting just to name a few.

It is always a pleasure to visit my Home Depot in the General Booth area! The employees are always so helpful and courteous!

Was helped with the materials needed for my project from the selection, handling (while in the store), modifying, carting, ringing up, and loading! All with superb knowledge and etiquette! Associate (Seaton) assisted with total excellence!

Good, friendly service

I went to Home Depot today to purchase a variety of lightbulbs and a lawnmower. I was instantly greeted by Charles in the paint department and he helped me locate 2/3 bulbs I was looking for. He then contacted Charlie from the electrical department to locate the last one. Both gentlemen were extremely kind and helpful. They also helped me with a lawn mower and made sure I was able to get it into my car safely. I have never received such great customer service. If you get the opportunity to visit the Home Depot in Va Beach, hopefully you will get the chance to meet Charles and Charlie!! Great guys who seem to genuinely love what they do!

Noah was a great help when I called the store when my on line order would not go thru.

There should be a delivery phone that someone will answer. I was charged $79 to deliver a front door and cannot ask that it be put behind the house. All the delivery form tells me it that it will be delivered to the curb. That is ridiculous.

I found a ceiling fan on clearance today and saved iver $100! Will install it tomorrow.

Winona was extremely helpful during the check out experience and helped me to further save on my purchase by quickly enrolling me in a Home Depot credit card that also had an interest free payment plan.

Every time I visit this Home Depot, I find what I need and the employees are friendly.

Awesome service. Rebecca did a superb job on Saturday. Even though it was busy, she took the time to make me feel like I was special. It was the highlight of my day.

Evelyn was very friendly and helpful as a cashier.

The sales associate Mary in the Appliance department knows her area, she is very professional and friendly. The service desk associate Selena is also very friendly. After I left the store those two ladies had me feeling like we were BFFs.

I purchased LG refrigerator and is very happy with the performance. I also purchaeds a GE chest freezer with excellent result. Now I am again purchasing another refrogerator for the garage.

I was shopping for led chandelier bulbs. Your associate, Mark (lighting) graciously helped me. His overall knowledge of lighting/correct bulb, hues was very impressive. Mark represents the statement "100% Customer Service". He is an outstanding representative for your storr.

Chip helped us immensely while shopping to replace a broken tub spout. He was super sweet and gave us confidence to install ourselves! GREAT customer service.

The store is very nice and clean, employees are very cordials, and professionals. they have been treating us very well, that's why we are keep coming back to this store.

Excellent experience buying florring

The store was somewhat clean. Train employees to be more patient with customers. I am in a wheelchair and needed additional help, the employee acted as if I was bothering him. I had to repeat myself several times as to what I wanted. The cashier laughed it off and said oh well,, I got it wrong! I finally got the item I wanted only to hear employees laughing at the whole situation and not understanding what I asked for. They were insulting the cashier that misunderstood me. Very unprofessional. I have shopped at this Home Depot for about 20 years. Never felt so uncomfortable before. Thank you for your time.

I had to pick up something last minute and went online to see the store was closing at 9pm. I arrived by 8:25. At 8:30 they began announcing the store was closing in 30 minutes. A bit soon, but OK. Then at 8:45, they announced the store was closing in 15 minutes. 8:50, closing in 10 minutes. Awfully pushy! Right before the 8:55 announcement, as I was making my way toward the checkouts, a rather RUDE employee said "You only have a few minutes". That's it. No "Were about to close (as if you couldn't hear the constant bombardment of announcements), can I help you find anything?" Nope. Basically said "Hurry up!" RUDE!!!! If you want everyone to get out by 9pm, perhaps you should close at 8:30!!!! Don't be rude and tell people to "You only have a few minutes" and not a peep else. No, the associates were NOT friendly OR helpful.

We will be back to shop again. This store is well stocked and we always find what we are looking for. Thank you for being here.
