I'm relieved and happy to have gotten great wood type suggestions for my garden fencing project. All the materials were on hand and, frankly, not shockingly expensive.

This store had 10000000% better service and knowledge of surrounding Home Depot and competitor stores!!! Ask for Linda!!!

Super assistance in finding products (over $200) however, mistake in check out charge that I didn't discover until I got home. Charged for 2 gallons of muriatic acid instead of singe gallon.

The Gainesville Home Depot has very knowledgeable associates, very helpful in helping to piece together my projects.

Home Depot is okay for things you can pull off a shelf - duct tape or light bulbs - but for big items, if you can’t load it on a truck, walk away. Never believe the Sales people about delivery. It’s not their fault, they just go by what they see on their screen. Maybe it’s Corporate policy or just bad logistics but either way if they say delivery in a week, add a month; if they say a month, double it. Washers/Dryers are the worst items but even refrigerators they have on the floor will be delayed delivery. Just plan for the wait

Finally getting it right. First time in several years I had an amazing experience, with two different members customer service and check out were on point, problem solvers, and gracious! They were both above bar employees.

I was assisted by Store Manager George Garner who was extremely helpful making the choices that met my needs for decking materials. Also, Sabrina and Krystal were very helpful and pleasant during checkout. They should all be acknowledged by corporate.

I recently visited 4 blvd store in Gainesville Fl . Had a long list of electrical supplies I needed and Don R was working this department he was very helpful and stuck with me till all was collected . Store was hot at the time which made it difficult to shop but did find most of needed items. Miss Kyrah had a big task scanning everything and was very helpful .

Within 30 minutes, we found the product we were looking for, loaded it into our cart, checked out and loaded up the car....the cashier was super friendly and efficient.

I was looking for the floor lamp stand, they did not have one in stock, a sales associate quick suggestion to take the one in the show room was with great result for me. I got what I wanted in design and they sold it to me .its win win . Excellent customer service I received every time I visit this store.
