I found the perfect item for my need

This by far is the best Home Depot I have ever been in, I've been in a lot of them from Orange City to Gainesville, FL. This is the Best of them all. The employee's are willing to help you unlike other Home Depot and they do it with a smile on their face. this place is the best store to shop at.

Just want to express how absolutely amazing my experience was from floor to register checkout, so very pleased! The store was Clean, inventory was reasonable, customer service on every aisle and everyone seemed so friendly and get this, this was our 3rd hardware store today, they were open on Easter Sunday. So appreciative we were finishing up a bathroom and it was our last day to get this done and Tyler made it happened, found the product took his time to cash us out entertained my kid while I was checking out! A breath of fresh air of kindness and caring, which was so needed right now. Thanks again Home Depot Tyler and crew!

Bethany was a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. She was great. However, see remarks on my survey concerning your employee at the pro desk checkout. She didn't seem interested at all in assisting me.

I bought paint and was not happy with color once I got home. The paint dept retinted it perfectly. Dominique and her partner were great.

Staff are very professional and know their job well

I go buy multiple times a month..some employees know me by face. They are always helpful and never too busy to put up with me lol.

Watson Julie and Jessie make this Home Depot what it is and is the main reason we come back. This Home Depot has the best pros desk employees better than every others Home Depot.

I have visited Home Depot Gainesville, Florida- Store #0270 many times in the past twelve months for the purchase of tools, materials and appliances. Customer greeting, professionalism, knowledge of product and service are just a few reasons Home Depot stays on top of the industry and the corporate stock remains so strong. Kudos to a brand the disrupted the industry a long time ago, yet is still on top. Thank you for the Products (especially Ridgid), Service and hiring/training phenomenal "boots on the ground."

Guy, in the tile department, went above and beyond to help us, offering product expertise, installation advice, and support in locating stock. I've never been so happy in Home Depot!

I needed two fan kits and was not able to get the style I want it at my local Ocala store, so I had to make the ride to Gainesville which is an hour away. Was not too happy about that. Once I walked into this Gainesville store, and saw the happy and helpful employees there, the drive meant nothing. I am a new credit card holder and the young lady in Customer Service went above and beyond to get me my information so that I could get my 25% discount. Then a short girl in lighting found the fan kit for me, after climbing a very large ladder to try to reach it. She was not able to, so She went back and found a tall person! And she was so much fun , as was he!I’m sorry I don’t have their names. When I had a large box that had to like hit send it and took it to customer service my cashier, Cynthia, asked if I would like her to take the big box away to make it easier for me to put them in my car. For me that day, I felt that the store exemplified customer service. The manager should be rewarded.

I want to commend both Nancy & Logan that went out of their way helping me find my lost keys. They helped me find the particular mulch I wanted & even took my items to my car. They have great customer service skills & they are very kind & nice people. They should both get a raise & a promotion for going out if their way to help me. Thanks again Nancy & Logan

I was in store 0270 today and was blown away by the customer service and how friendly and helpful everyone was. This is usually not my favorite store to shop because of local, but it will be my new go to store.

Quincy will help you out. He knows his brands and models and understands how to work within the customer's budget. He explains the warranties without being pushy, and will have you in and out quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Quincy!

This store was so clean and well stocked even at the end of the calendar year!! Great attitude by the customer service representative at checkout too!

I really liked the fast service and how easy it was to apply and got approved for my credit card I needed to buy the supplies for our home project. Bought the doors we needed and got a discount as well.

Ying in the paint department spent her time and used her expertise to custom create a stain color for me. She is a credit to your store, and worthy of a raise. Ying did what other stores wouldn't even consider, customizing a stain color to match what I needed. Bravo Ying!

We were recently in the market for a new dryer as ours had failed. We tried other stores and were rudely told they did not have nay and did not know when they would get any. Chris B. at Home Depot told us when we could expect the dryer we wmted/. As we needed one now, he helped us find one that had a quicker delivery time. He was friendlyk, knowledgeable and efficient. A plus for Hoe Depot.
