Great store. The reason I did not rate them five stars is because the number of people in the store not wearing masks. I go into other stores and 100% are wearing masks. If the store insists, people will comply. There is not a lot of competition to go elsewhere. So please insist your customers wear masks. You even offer them for free so there is no excuse. I recently saw where some stores are not allowing exemptions. Almost all stores offer curbside pick up. No excuses.

Sandy in appliances was outstanding and knowledgeable. The customer service in this store went above my expectations. I went to near by home improvement stores and walked out due to their poor service. I will look forward to coming back to this home depot.

The store manager is all about ignoring customer concerns, I reached out to him about a concern I had on my last visit with a rude cashier. He had a fast response/excuse for what I had to say. Anyone who makes excuses that fast without even considering to look into concern, should run for office. All other store employees are great.

Store is nice and neat and organized and the staff there are very polite and nice and take the time to help you locate items you're looking for

I have to say. When I need help, all hands on deck shows up. I appreciate excellent customer service.

This is one of the better stores in the area- people are really helpful and the shelves are very well stocked. Nice folks!

Good Home Depot store ... clean and organized! Great service today - especially in the paint department. I usually know what I want and need for a project, but needed some help this day picking out the proper paint for interior metal , and I got it. Thanks Eliesio!

Every time I go to this store, I am greeted with a smile and hello, and whenever I need help someone is there to help.

I am always pleased with the level of care that is provided to customers at this store. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products available and quick to be helpful to all! I've been able to easily find what I have been looking for with assistance from the staff and they are also able to recommend additional items that can aid in my current project when applicable. Thanks for the great quality of service!!

Have always had help from the employees, if they weren’t able to answer my inquiries they got someone that could. Store is neat and clean.

While visiting the store I was a little lost trying to find specific items. A store associate noticed my trouble and asked if I needed assistance. Not only did he do a spectacular job with locating my items, he escorted me completely across the store to where they were located! "Great Job Home Depot!"

You couldn't get assistance in this store if your life depended on it. You're better off buying everything online or going to a competitor if you need assistance in person.

The people here really know what they are doing, they’re attentive to COVID regulations and the store is very clean! AWESOME JOB HOME DEPOT! We were visiting while looking for specific items and couldn’t find them. An employee directed us where to find them and when we got there we still didn’t see them yet when we turned around there was the person that directed us! He followed us all the way across the store to make sure we found them!!! That’s awesome customer service!

This is a wonderful store where they are friendly, caring, and taking all precautions for the safety of the patrons and their staff.

The store was clean and had products you need right there.. Always pleased to get to the store!! I got what I needed at the best price!! But the Home Depot goes beyond that! I am a Viet Nam Vet - disabled and proud of my country!!!! This Home Depot a while ago had over 20 emlployee volunteers re-do a building and grounds for others and Vets!!! What a great community response !!!!!

Employees handled customer flow exceptionally well in trying times! Michael in Paint Department continues to be the consummate professional...beats any store in a 25 mile radius!

Cannot say enough good things about the customer service that Amy in Appliances and Michael in Paint provide! I live closer to the Dawsonville location but the consistent service of the Gainesville location always brings me back.

Sold smaller sized wheat straw bale at twice the normal price. Plus its quality was questionable meaning it disintegrated as you touch it it was so old.

The paint center assisted us today and was very helpful and quick. Barbara, the cashier, was very pleasant and completed the enjoyable shopping experience.
