On this trip I could not find what I wanted in Electrical. All of the like items were gone off the shelves. Isles are not easy to get thru as much clutter

Every time I go , there’s always a young man named Eliseo who’s always willing to help and is very knowledgeable!! He’s helped me out with my lumber and Doors questions. The staff here is very nice and takes there time to help me out. They need to hire more bilingual employees though , other than that I love going there !

I had to do a survey to express how great the customer service was! Which said ALOT ESPECIALLY DURING THESE THOUGH TIMES!. FROM ENTERING TO EXITING JUST GREAT EXPERIENCE!. I HATE I DIDN'T GET THE YOUNG LADY WHO GREETED ME NAME WHO WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. ASHLEY WAS A REAL MVP!!!! GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!

This store has the best customer service in all the Home Depot Ive shopped at. I even traveled to Philadelphia to visit family. We got into a paint project. Painting Pop Pop's old barn! He had paint left in barn for over 25 yrs I took it to Home Depot to try to get a paint match to buy additional paint we needed.. They not only helped us. They helped us to buy more paint required to complete the job! Thank you for the customer service we received. My sister in law said, "From now on. I will come to home depot for my projects. That the customer service we received was outstanding!!!!!! From a person who has lived in PA all her 50 yrs! She finally got it!!! Home Depot is rated 10+

Store was very organized and the staff is very helpful.

Have had issues with a double oven purchase. My encounter with Philip one of the store managers was highly unpleasant and he did not demonstrate any level of customer care. Thankfully I found another manager Cory who did have people skills and helped with resolving my problem. Unfortunately the saga continues with this oven and our current status is waiting on a Electrolux tech to resolve latest disaster.

This location has really improved a whole lot. I'll keep coming to buy more items here. I highly recommend this location. In my last 4 visits the customer service was 5 stars.

My wife and I use this location to purchase items for our rental property that is about 15 miles from the store. I've always found this store to have everything I need at a great price and the employees are always helpful and knowledgeable Great place to purchase all of my hardware and appliance needs!

I like to shop at this store, I already selected it as my store, employees always share jokes and sense of good humor and they always laugh when I tell them that home depot is like my second home!
