Everyone at the store is so very helpful. Brandy my cashier was genuinely a delight to work and great assistance while I was checking out.

Tried to exchange a gift and was not able to even with a copy of the receipt. They refused to give a store credit so that we could go and spend it in the store. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they are not polite.

Tesia is the best employee at this location. She's always friendly and extremely helpful.

was seeking a specific part and tool that was not easy to find. Home Depot staff Ellen Piquette and James H. in the Hardware department came to my rescue. They were both knowledgeable, customer-oriented, personable, patient and VERY helpful! KUDOS to them BOTH!!

I went in not knowing what I was needing to buy or where to go for some gardening that I was doing at home. Entering was nerve racking, but William was so helpful and happily went to help. He rang me out and I was on my way, best experience I've had.

All I can say is that the employees in this store actually care about the customers. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help me. I will not think twice about returning to this store. In fact, I would go out of my way to come here just for the customer service experience. It means a lot. As good customer service goes a long way in helping to brighten someone’s day😊.

Purchased Tuff Shed several months ago. Extremely satisfied with the product and installation. Recently purchased Plantation Shutters. Delivery forth coming. Product sample was excellant in build and finish. Visiting Sales Representative (Leslie) was great.

I had to visit the store twice today to get mulch. Juno, was my cashier both times and treated me with respect and was patient as I bought a gift card on my phone both times to pay for my purchase. Josh, in the loading area loaded my truck both times with a couple other helpers. Josh greeted me with a smile both times I was there and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot after I was loaded. I will be back for sure.

this store is an average home dept usealy. little help or experience from employees. buy some times you get luky and find quality help

Unfortunately, it appears one cashier handles the opening of the garden center on a beautiful Saturday. I was there at 8:00am and not open. Back at 9:00am and not open. It is a shame the management is not trained on running a register to open the garden center.

Spring demands refreshing the colors around the lawn which calls for a visit to Home Depot.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the folks at the Gainesville Home Depot. I'm glad it's close to where I live and I enjoy shopping there often. The employees are nice and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean. Keep up the good work.

I refused to go to home dept for years because they didnt have a veteran discount. my experience today was GREAT! Not only did I get my veterans discount but the staff was extremely helpful!!! Store was clean. They had in stock what I needed. Brandy at check out even taught me how to use it properly with a smile!!! Great store and they carry Milwaukee tools!!! BONUS!!!!!

Clean, close by, lots of product, helpful employees, good prices. I get 5% off at Lowe’s, I would like to get the same from Home Depot.

I always choose to come to this Home Depot, mainly because it's convenient to my house but the store is clean and well stocked. If they dont have it the associates are always willing to place an online order for you or tell you what nearby stores do carry the product. I have never had a bad experience at this store.

I was so excited to get the quartz countertops I was dreaming of at an affordable price! The HLSims countertop people came to measure in a fair amount of time, they are helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that I can talk with a real person who answers the phone @ HL Sims
