This store I love coming to , it's clean & friendly , selves are always stocked.

I used curbside pickup. I waited until I got a text saying the order was ready. I went to pick it up, called the number on the curbside pick-up spot. And waited OVER 55 minutes. I could have gone in and gotten the stuff myself faster than that. I watched cars come and go, getting their stuff in a reasonable amount of time. I called the number again about 30 minutes into my wait because I was told it would be 15 minutes. I stopped several workers to find out where my order was and they always replied that they would check but never came back to me. No one commuicated that the order wasn't picked (why would I get a text saying the order was ready if it wasn't)? No one apologized. Nothing. What terrible service.

This is my preferred store. I can always find what I need. Store is clean and staff is helpful.

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. My visit this time was during all of the corona virus pandemic, but, still, they found time to help me find my product and get checked out promptly.

With the present situation, It was pleasant to see that the business was considering the customer!!

Kenny from the garden department is the best! I walked in after a panic cockroach situation in my apartment, and Kenny couldn't have been more helpful. I explained what happened and he piped up and said "Oh, don't worry I know exactly what you need!" I didn't feel up-sold or pressured into anything I didn't need. He genuinely cared about helping me with my silly bug crisis. Ask for Kenny!!

I love this store, they always have what a come for , today in for example I was looking for a 4th Cabinet door lock , I got 3 with the same key number Friday at the Burleson Home Depot , was wanting a 4th one with the same key number, came to store #0542 they didn’t have one but I was told by the person that runs that isle to go to the Pro Desk to ask them if they could order one with the same key number, well that was the best move all day , got one ordered it will be there in a few days , Thank You Home Depot for having Employees who really know their job !

Like all retail, it can be hit or miss, but when you find someone competent, man they are gold. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient staff. Thank you John Potts!

Recently purchased a Rheem Water Heater and used Home Depot's Same Day service. It works! I placed the order about 11:30 am and I had a new water heater installed by 7 pm the same day!! At a very great price......I thought I would have to pay more for same day service but it was lower with better quality products than the other bids I had. The company that Home Depot uses, SameDay Water Heaters LLC, was on time, courteous and professional.

This Home Depot has two employees that went above and beyond to assist me with cutting drywall needed. I found everything I needed quickly due to Felicia at Home Depot; where Lowes employees would not assist. Thank you Felicia and Mark. You are both awesome, appreciated and loved:). The store is neat, clean and all the employees offer assistance as you walk through the store. It is great. Thank you

While at the Home Depot store off of Hulen St in Fort Worth TX, I was shopping for some heavy items such as concrete pavers and white stone chips. An employee by the name of Mike came over to assist me. Although I was loading some items onto a flatbed Mike started to assist me. He was very friendly and wanted to help. The load turned out to be quite heavy and Mike helped me cheerfully all the way to loading my SUV. Really good experience with Mike's assistance. Also, the store had stock of everything that I needed. That helped as well.

John in garden was super helpful and went out of his way to guide me and even took me to the isles I needed. He's very knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help.

I have bought so much paint this last year that I consider the staff at the paint counter family. Like you have fast cashiers because I don’t do self check out.

Love this store. The employees are so friendly and helpful. It’s a busy location but it’s always clean. Even the other customers are friendly!! Store always has their stock up, so you never find something empty or out. They’re quick to helping you find something, take care of whatever you need, and get you checked out efficiently.

Mike in the Garden Center provided Exceptional Customer Service during a recent visit. Assisted me and another lady load our purchases into our vehicles, willingly without being called to help. He just got it done!

We found the basic paint we needed and a friendly emploee in the in the paint section gladly mixed the paint to the shade we needed. It came out perfect. Checking out was fast
