Associates in all departments were helpful and informative to all our needs. We recently purchased a washer and dryer set and the associate nearly read my mind when she suggested what could fit in the washing machine we were considering. The Home Depota prices are great too. You definitely get more for your money going through The Home Depot to buy your appliances.

We had an awesome experience at Home Depot in Fort Worth near S. Hulen. The associates are ready and eager to help you. Every question was answered with sincerity and they were overly pleasant.

Love and shout out to a 15 Year Employee, Cashier Robin in Pro Building Supply area in store and being a Beacon of Excellence for the way she represents The Home Depot. Give her a raise and bonus.

I went to Home Depot for some screws to fix a table leg; I'm an older gal and know nothing about hardware. Fortunately I ran into an employee named Donald, and he offered a world of help, patience and even education. If you need help, look for Donald! Five stars to him!

This store consistently has things I need to make repairs to my home and property.

Paint Department staff , at least the two I dealt with , provides horrible customer service ! All my paint needs for maintaining my seven rental properties in Fort Worth plus my personal home will be purchased at Lowe’s. Your employee , Andre , in the roofing section was terrific as well as Gary your cashier .

Worst Home Depot ever. Took 30 minutes to get an employee to even help out by unlocking the drill cage to get a drill. You can never find anyone when you need them.

THIS HOME DEPOT IS VERY CLEAN AND HAS FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THE ARE HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGABLE, AND FRIENDLY. I WAS ABLE TO TRACK DOWN A DIFFICULT PRODUCT AND THE EMPLOYEE HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND FINALLY WAS ABLE TO ORDER THE PRODUCT. I AM SO THANKFUL.

Older gentleman in front of me trying to get resolution to a repaired weed eater. He was upset, but not rude. Apparently, even though he purchased at this store, repair done at another store, so he had to go to the other store. Instead of helping him, manager basically called him a liar, until he showed him the receipt that the purchase was at this store. After sending the man away, manager and employee congratulated themselves with a fist bump. Horrible.

I was shopping for a new washer and found exactly what I wanted. The associates were knowledgeable and friendly, providing me with all the information I needed to make the right decision. Best of all, the washer was available to delivery in just a few days. No high pressure, just friendly, helpful customer service. I also shop the paint department regularly and they are always friendly and efficient, especially Neil. And Behr is the best paint around at any price.

Horrible service that just keeps getting worse. You have to hunt for help every time. To shop here, you really have to know exactly what you want, where it is, how to use it, and hope there is no modifications or alterations that require assistance.

If you are not shopping here you are WRONG! Quality, Selection and SERVICE is the BEST! I am no longer shopping the competitor even though it's closer and easier to get to.

I have shopped at Home Depots for as many years as they have been in Omaha. I have never been disapointed on anything. I was using other lumber yards till they come along and then I almost never went back once I got to shop Home Depot. I can not guess how much I have spent in Home Depot but I know it is over $20,000. I go year around I time every 3 to 4 days. So glad you are here.

Store personnel are helpful and inventory is plentiful, well displayed and clean.

basically one of the worst high dollar shopping experience I have ever had. I payed for flooring on April 2nd. On the order it showed it should have been at the store by the 9th. I called to get a status on the order on the 8th and was told someone would call me in the next 2 days for the install. Called back on the 12th, was told my order was not there yet and was given a tracking number for the order that shows the order was not even placed by the store until the 8th. No offer to make the mistake right in any way.
