The store is great, personnel and workers. It's the associates that I think should be looked at. Example, although I purchased my new water heater from the store, the associate affiliated with Home Depot attempted to sell me one of their water heaters instead. I thought no, and returned to the store and informed some of the people that work in the store and purchased my heater directly from the store. This is in addition to other concerns that I have.

Some Depaetments have some one to help you, and some don't.

Employees were oblivious !

Good store for an older store and smaller than many other stores but has good employees. All I have had dealings with have been very friendly and helpful. Easy to navigate being a smaller store. Always well stocked.

Friendly employees and I can usually always find what I need at this HomeDepot.

Awful customer service, warranty and replacement policies are strict and ridiculous. Product selections scarce, and would recommend going elsewhere.

Beautiful plants, previously bought space heater here

Appliance Section was very disorganized. New associates did not know much about the appliances and if you wanted to pay for the appliance using a NEW Account Home Depot Credit Card, the process is painful and takes way longer than it should. The sales person does all this and is not familiar with how it works. Need more training or at least have a Senior person available to help. Very Painful process!

Great store for all home remodeling needs. Excellent service and reasonable prices. Had a wonderful experience purchasing new carpet as Justin had answers and suggestions! Also the gentlemen in the door dept were awesome too!! Clean store and very friendly and helpful personnel is every department. Amazing team!

I would give a five star but because we were neglected twice before getting help. We were about to walk out of the store and go elsewhere to buy the dewalt tools. Attempted one last time....The third person we asked for help was very nice. She got the lock and key to unlock the items we wanted and even went to find the missing product for us. I don't remember her name but she was working across the dewalt special display. There was another older gentleman who helped rake us to the cashier to get checked out. Cashier's name was Santos, very sweet and friendly.

I am a 63 year old woman purchasing some heavy items . A young associate outside kindly helped me get all the items in my car .

I was particularly taken buy the help I received by Rosie in the Tools area. She stuck with me until I decided exactly what was best for me to buy. Wonderful, helpful, good hearted woman. I will most definatly ask for her help on future visits.

Cashiers aren’t friendly they don’t talk they just scan and then overcharge you . I’d see if you accidentally charged me well talking to me you weren’t doing anything.

I live on the other side of town and I came to this store because I was doing business over here and I can always find someone to help me when I come into the store. ALWAYS

I would like to commend our sales cashier Santos for doing a great job. She was very pleasant and made sure I had help to load my purchase in my pickup since I’m disabled.

Was needing a new refrigerator... GREAT customer service here! Found what we needed and the delivery time was much shorter than at other places.

On 5/21/20 I found the store to be dirty with shelves poorly organized. The air filters I wanted were crushed. I waited 15 minutes to find 2 disinterested employees walking by me that begrudgingly found more undamaged filters. I shopped in the garden center and did experience a cheerful efficient employee named Gary. The garden center was understaffed and the vegetable and herb plants were in poor condition. What bothers me the most is the complete lack of Covid 19 protocols.
