Nice to still be able to find " Big box stores" that try to retain that small town helpful atmosphere. Of course, it's a combination of management, leadership and enforcing standards of conduct.

A Very knowledgeable group of employees helped me find Everything I needed for my new place. Very helpful suggestions in my purchases and future products available for possible upgrades. Willing to put together my purchase also. The store was safe and clean. All the employees were very helpful.

We've been shopping at this location since we moved here over 20 years ago. They helped us re-key all the door locks when we bought our home, helped with our remodel in 2005, and help with the day-to-day "joys" of home ownership (like the water heater that sprung a leak last weekend.) The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. You can buy hardware supplies anywhere, but the staff at Frederick on Urbana Pike keeps us coming back!

Pro desk manager put out a lot of effort to get us what we wanted.

I went into the Home Depot store on Urbana Pike in Frederick with several electrical needed items. I had the assistance of a nice lady by the name of Carol in electrical. She made sure that I made the items that were most appropriate to complete my project which was most helpful. I really appreciate the lady going over and above not to mention being friendly. My hat is off to the staff at Home Depot. THANKS......

Great CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! VERY Professional staff-Catey and Pat were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my cans of paint for an outdoor project. This store is the very best in the area. I do not shop at Leesburg, VA store - very hard to work with and skeleton crew is not around to help many times.

The Home Depot on 355 in Frederick is the only place I have been able to find hand soap, and hand sanitizer, plus they have a variety of face masks for sale, and every other sanitation supply needed. I am very impressed with so much about this store: the layout, the courtesy and quality assistance, each and every time I've been there! - how well stocked they are, and bonus! it's never crowded. I'm easily able to find all the items I need. Love this Home Depot!

They needed a better way to control their inventory. When it shows online that they have it and let you order it and when you arrive and then hang around while they try to locate it and told they never did have it. Hard to believe! Staff who tried to help find the order were great.

Associates are miserable and don't want to help

The staff at this store are friendly and helpful. I especially like visiting the Lawn and Garden center, which has a good selection of products coupled with a friendly team. I commend Patrick for his knowledge and assistance.

One of your employees—Kristin—went well beyond what I would expect to assist me today. She Noticed my arm in a sling and immediately said she was going to help me and she did—all the way to helping load my purchases in my vehicle. She enlisted a second employee—Phil—and he was also very helpful. I normally pass three home stores on my way to this one and, because of Kristin’s attention and help, I will go directly to this store in the future.

Urbana pike store is very well organized The bin locations are very well kept merchandise is in the proper locations not spread around like at other locations.

Excellent service at this Home Depot!

I don't usually have time to participate on this reviews, however I feel like this time I had such an exceptional experience that I will definitely like to recognize Joyce for her dedication, customer service and kindness during my most recent transaction a couple of days ago. I am a real estate investor for last couple of years, If I could make all my purchases throughout the state of Maryland under only 1 location I will definitely choose this one.

By far the best Home Depot I have been to in the area! Store is clean and well organized and you do not have to wait forever to get personal assistance or even a question answered, like other competitors! Plus the folks who work there are friendly and helpful! Can’t beat that!!!

My wife and I stopped in to pick up a few items for home and work. When it was time to pay for our purchases we discovered that they had done away with cashiers. Everything was self checkout. I find this to be very poor customer service and unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere where it is appreciated.

We went to this store for a toolbox that was on sale. It was 1.5 hrs from us. Our local stores did not carry it. Mary the cashier was extremely helpful! I would definitely visit this store again.

THEY NOW HAVE ALL PERSONAL CHECKOUTS, NO CLERKS EXCEPT FOR 1 TO HANDLE ISSUES AT SEVERAL CHECKOUTS. A FEW MONTHS AGO THEY ALSO HAD A FEW LIVE CLERKS AT A FEW CHECKOUTS, BUT NOT NOW. IT'S GOOD TO FOLLOW TRENDS THAT BENEFIT ALL CUSTOMERS BUT THIS IS NOT THE ONE. IF I HAVE TO CHECK OUT MY OWN PURCHASE, I WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO DELIVER IT TO MY HOME AT NO CHARGE. THAT WOULD BE THE TRADEOFF FOR ME

Love our Urbana Pike store!!

Our go to plumbing, bathroom expert at this store is Sharon!!!! The rest of the staff deserves kudos as well. We visit this store quite often, it is our go to store for all of our home improvement and maintenance supplies. I also use the App for online deals. We saved 1,000 on our new shower with the online special.

We love this location. We are there several times a week! Always knowledgable staff, willing to assist.

Adolfo eased the pain of self check out and guided me through the process. An assistant manager walked me to the back of the store to a hard to find item. Great service on a Sunday afternoon!
