My fiancé and I were shopping for a fridge for our new home as the order we had was delayed with another store. After searching several competitors we stopped here. We were greeted and helped by an amazing young woman named Cierra Collins. Not only were we able to purchase a fridge, the process took less than 10 minutes. She was super informative, attentive and extremely helpful. Because of her, I will now shop at this Home Depot for future needs VS closer competitors to my home. Thank you so much Cierra for taking care of us- you are an asset to the Home Depot team for sure!

great store..great associates..never an attitude...can always find what i need

It would be most helpful if EVERYONE knew about the military discount so there is no confusion. It's very frustrating to everyone to wait while sales personnel try to figure it out.

Mario Aguilar was extremely friendly and helpful with loading my material for a DIY project. He also gave me a few good pointers on the DIY project.

I purchased multiple appliances at the Florence, KY store on 11/4/20. The assistance I received from the salesman (Steve) was awesome. He took the time for me and explained everything very patiently and made my experience so much easier and nicer too.

Michael in hardware was great. However, we drove up from Richmond, KY to get a product that showed available online. When we got to the store we found out the item was not available. Drove 3 hours today for nothing!

The store was stocked to a point. And they tried to enforce the mask wearing but it didn't work. A lot of people in the store not wearing a mask, made me very uncomfortable, so I didn't do any looking around. I feel you should do like Kroger does. They have a person at the door making sure everybody is in compliant with the state rules/laws.

Very bad service after you make a complaint. The manager lied to me.

Store was very clean and had all the safety precautions for COVID. The employees are cheerful and helpful. There is somewhat of a break in suppl6 chain as all stores are experiencing and we had a hard time finding a small box of deck screw, and the employee helping us gave us a larger box for the price of the box we wanted. We really appreciated the fact that this employee went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed at the cost we planned on paying.

Although I do not live around here I found the service that I was given by Michael in hardware above and beyond the call of duty. Michael took the time to explain the differences between the warranties in power tools and why he might choose one over the other. I ended up making a purchase because of it and can't thank him enough for his expertise.

No enforcement of COVID procedures.

i know for me it's a hike to travel from Cincinnati to this location in Florence ky but it's worth it the people there are really good customer service means a lot to me and also this location Home Depot store #2306 has everything!

I used to wish you could get more help with questions but the management seem to have added more workers to enable a better experience.Always seem to get the help I need now.Overall a great store.

The knowledge, follow through to help customers, is just not there. I believe they mean well but I also believe it’s only while you are standing in front of them. They don’t understand the importance of following through with what they say they are going to do.

I went to Home Depot in Florence to order a front door. I came in contact with 7 employees as it related to this trip. All 7 were friendly, helpful, smiled. And I am super excited to get my front door. I was pleased with their variety of doors to choose from, and I ordered a unique one!

Employee staff is amazing you're always there to help they are very good in knowing the location of things and very smart on how things work what goes where what helps what what what go on you get the gist I've been coming here since I've been a little girl with my dad with my mother

Love the store, but avoid a guy named John in the cutting center at all costs. He is very rude.

If you buy a mower online for store pick up Bob Skidmore will take good care of you!

Employees are always ready to help, see someone in a ORANGE APRON & know you will get assistance. Returns are great & all you have to do is SHOW YOUR MILITARY CARD.... I DON'T have to go online like Lowe's makes us do.

Employees are great to work with, especially Savannah. She is a rockstar. Clean store and well stocked. Order online and pickup was easy and efficient.
