We shop Florence Home Depot frequently, but depending on where our project is, we can count other HD stores' setup to quickly find what we need. We are grateful that it is well stocked and kept clean to access supplies and materials quickly making our shopping quick in and quick out.

The store was very busy and the employees made my experience quick and thorough.

Bought a refrigerator and stove and 15 minutes was delivered great. Haven’t had this kind of customer service in years so I went back bought two different doors, and the customer service. There was just as good as it was in the appliances.

Aisles in the back are always cluttered with stock no matter what time of the day

I went to buy a shop vac and I had lots to choose from. Prices were clearly marked.

I prefer not to say anything negative, so I have nothing else to say except manuals for the washer and dryer after all the nightmares.

I am beginning a sizable project, and an employee named Erin at the Pro Desk helped me a tremendous amount. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. Also, an assistant manager Katie was quite helpful. This was a great experience.

I would never have home depot install anything and may never buy anther thing from them

We got pricing from local plumbing companies, and Home Depot had the best hot water heater with the best price and longest warranty. With installation, which was prompt and professional, it was a couple hundred dollars less than the local companies.

Home Depot is my go-to store for anything home improvement! Friendly staff, great selection, and good deals. They also regularly have a wide selection of plants, which I appreciate.

We are moving and needed several new locks and doorknobs. Mike in hardware was very helpful in explaining the function of the locks and actually rekeyed some locks to match in just about five minutes. I was very impressed.

I bought the traffic master flooring and it is awesome. The employees were very helpful and cared about my experience at their store!!!

Cierra waited on my wife and I, as we have been shopping around for all new kitchen appliances. She is very professional and very knowledgeable of all the brand you carry. We purchased new LG appliances and could Not have had a better person to have helped us. Cierra is a huge asset to Home Depot.

We were looking for window blinds & Home Depot had everything we needed. Stella was our cashier. She was very friendly & helpful. Checking out took a little longer due to a glitch on the register but that was fine. She made us feel comfortable. Great customer service skills.

I had a list of items to touch and review which I really wanted and needed to purchase. Best bang for the buck. The Ryobi rep was present to answer all my questions. So impressed not only did I purchase a weed eater, trimmer, blower, impact wrench, extra batteries, and glue gun, but I bought a trimmer for my mom as well. So good to go to the store and come out with everything and more that I needed.

Bought a new washing machine today at Home Depot in Florence, KY. Extremely good service and a great deal. Highly recommend.

I always have a GREAT experience at this store's pro desk. All the pro desk associates are always ready to help with special orders or in-store shopping. Very friendly as well. Awesome people!

went to one home depot and they didnt have what i wanted,they looked up item,said another store had 21,that store couldnt find any,went ahead and bought other items needed, no bar code had to go back and take picture of shelf so cachier could look it up,call first to make sure they have what you need and take picture of shelf price look for bar code

I shopped at this store last week and Michael in hardware was just excellent and very helpful.

We tried to rent a shop vac to which we were told they had one but it was broken, but we could buy one in aisle 11! Paint employee did not want to help and when I gave him a can to shake he put it in the shaker but did not shake it, then kicked it opened and slammed the paint down on the counter.
