The store was neat, the customer service was impeccable, we got everything we needed, and checked out in a timely manner. We were greeted, Helped and thanked many times on or trip and our cashier was very kind and helpful.

Store is ok. Most employees seemed engaged with customers. Store was relatively clean. Some items out of stock that I was shopping for. Disappointed they do not off a discount for firefighters and law enforcement.

Appliance service person was exceptional Delivery guys not so much: Arrived 45 min later than than when they called to tell me arrival time, not prepared - had to borrow tools and ladder to install and went through my husband’s tools without asking for other needs, water all over the floor and did not ask for rag or towels to clean up - I noticed it and got towel, very broken English difficult to understand, not even a pen to sign receipt of products/delivery

This store had amazing customer service, very kind and friendly associates. Madison helped me with everything I needed and pointed out new things I would need for my future visit I will 100% recommended this store. Very kind, very welcoming!

All of Home Depot should learn from Howard Brose in the flooring department. He has exactly the right demeanor. The customer is not always right and we customers need to be respectful too. Our experience was exactly how it should be. He educated us. We were respectful and it was a great experience. Not very hard to do!! Thanks Howard!

Faye at Home Depot is a very knowledgeable representative in the door department . She is extremely kind patient and is full of answers for all of your questions . My door was a special order but I am very pleased with my shopping experience. The entire store had workers very eager to help . I have always liked Home Depot and even more since the pandemic . They were on top of social distancing and mask long ahead of the rest . Keep up the good work and thank you .

The store was clean and well staffed. Josh the manager was very helpful finding an alternative to a product that was no longer in stock. He also helped make me feel valued as a customer and made the purchase right for my family.

I am a landscaper and general contractor in the Florence Union area. I have been to Home Depot stores all around the country, and this one is my favorite by far. They are always extremely helpful and have all the supplies in stock and readily available.

This Home Depot store is kept very clean & more importantly the employees are not only friendly but very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I were able to find what we were looking for easily. In the future we plan on continuing to shop at this Home Depot store!

This Home Depot store is located well in Florence Ky. The associates will take the time to help where other stores their employees ignore customers. In competitor stores their employees usually say "this is not my department so I can not help you" The store is clean, associates are helpful and friendly. The store is laid out well making it easy to find what you are looking for

ian at the garden center was amazing helping us with our live christmas tree! he was extremely friendly and attentive and wrapped it for us and loaded it into the car without us having to ask! 10/10 for ian!!
