I would love to work at Home Depot if I was younger. The team appear to get along and are very friendly. They make any shopping experience enjoyable.

Don't be fooled that just because this store is the smallest in the state, that you will not come away feeling like they work for you. This store managed by Matt, who is an exceptional and hands on manager knows how to lead through outstanding customer service, employee empowerment, and effective inventory management. If the store doesn't happen to have something in stock, they will find it for you and even have it shipped to the store. Everyone is helpful and demonstrates that they want to be there. And, if something somehow doesn't go just right, they will bend over backwards to make it right. Thank you Firestone Home Depot and see you soon!

AWESOME EMPLOYEES IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT!! I HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH SETH AND ROCK!! THEY BOTH WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, WARM, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH ME AND ALL OF THE QUESTIONS THAT I HAD!!!!

the worst shopping experience ever!!!

This location is a hit or miss. For the most part they are very nice and can be friendly but when they aren't, they really aren't. My last experience was good and the guy in the garden center was very nice and friendly to deal with.

Very friendly and informative staff. They are always willing to help with any questions that I may have. If they don't have the answer they find someone that does. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Poor customer service. I get treated like they want me to leave right when I walk in the front entrance. It is a typical situation that I need materials for a project and they don't have all of the parts or that the associates don't know what they are talking about. Completely unprofessional. The management is always doing the work of the associates while the workers stand around talking about the weather. .... disappointed would be an understatement.

The store was very clean. As soon as I walked in the door a gentleman asked me did I need any help. I did and it was very helpful. In the back of the store another gentleman took the time to make sure that I knew how to install the product that I bought. All in all the staff was very professional and it was a very pleasant experience shopping here.

Would like to pass onto Dave that got me to purchase an Echo chainsaw which was easy to put in service with his input and direction, I got it going and finished my task the same day. Very pleased with the whole experience today. Thank you again.

Every time I come here I am greeted with smiling faces and professional assistance. Even though this is a smaller Home Depot the customer service here is EXCELLENT! I wish the Greeley store was the same way.
