Danny and Aaron went above and beyond to help me get a floor fan that was already put away on a pallet in the garden center. They went out of their way to get me one at 8pm on a Friday night. I am So appreciative of their help!

I needed some help and everybody was there asking me how can I help you. It was very nice to know that people were happily is happily trying to help me found what I'm looking for.

Kim in flooring is absolutely the best. She knows her materials, she is helpful and just an all around awesome person. Do yourself a favor when shopping flooring in this store, ASK FOR KIM!

This store is getting increasingly busy with the addition of new homes in recently opened housing developments that are nearby. although under present conditions it seems that this causes stock levels to be low, it does appear that the product is always fresh because of the high turnover. In addition is is a quick 10-15 minute drive and it is in low tax Firestone, Weld County, CO.

This store is my favorite Home Depot. Everyone is friendly and it is overall clean and has good inventory. In the kitchen/appliance area the guy to talk to is Scott Cooper. He put together a full kitchen design for us, including cabinets, counter top, and new floor. His customer service was outstanding and he made our experience wonderful.

By far the best Home Depot I've ever worked with. Professional, kind, considerate, and efficient. The team leaders at this store have it well organized, personalized and care about their customers. It shows!

Workers are incredibly helpful and kind. Diane was so incredibly informative and attentive. She made sure we got what we were looking for and helped us with our appliance order. She even recognized us upon us revisiting the store! She was great. Scott was also amazing when we redid our floors with vinyl planking. Super nice and very informative.

Very friendly and helpful employees at this store who go above and beyond what you would expect. They care and want your experience in their store to be great! I found the products right away and when I needed assistance someone was there and assisted me all the way to loading the product in my car! I really appreciated that vs being handed off to someone else.

i find what i need nearly all the time at this store. we ordered carpet last week and we understand that we will get it installed within 4 to 5 weeks, no problem.

Frequently used this store.

I know this is a little contradicting with the survey but two years ago while shopping this store I found a very degrading and upsetting thing in this store. I am a veteran and proud of my country and my flag when I found this store had displayed our flag in a trashcan I got furious and spoke to the store manager he said it would be corrected immediately. It did take a few months but it was corrected. With this being said and done I continue to shop this store even if I am disappointed with everything else thank youfor for fixing the display

The store is always clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The store manager is very friendly and very helpful, treats everyone the way you would like to be treated. Good guy!

great store, easy to get to

I purchased enough paint to paint the interior of a home. The paint staff were very helpful. I find the availability of the military discount to be a great benefit.

I arrived shortly after the lunch hour, the store is actively being stocked when I was there. there are plenty of Staff available for questions and the checkout was very prompt.

As fate would have it, our 19 year old home has had some appliance issues this year...after purchasing and having installations of a new GE Washer/Dryer set, a GE refrigerator and a GE Dishwasher, I couldn't be happier with the store personnel (Emily esp.) the products and the delivery/installation team(s).

Everyone at this store knows their store. All the customer service are friendly. The manager Matt Lapp is almost always on the floor helping employees and customers alike. This Home Depot operates more like a small town hardware than a big box outfit. Be sure to say Hello to Samantha and Tayler at customer services... always friendly and smiling.

Cleanest and most organized Home Depot I have ever been in.

I have live in the area for 11 years and have been shopping here for all of that time as a handy-man and re-modeler. there have been ups and downs but not until today have I questioned the competence or honesty of employees. If you get an item off the shelf and self-checkout it should be fine but lord help you if you need the help of the "Pro-Desk" because they are anything but Pro's.
