Busy, well stocked store.

this is a busy Home Depot and it's usually pretty well stocked it was crowded today I think that's because it's so hot out and people are finally getting used to shopping with masks due to COVID.

The associates at this store were very helpful and knowledgeable.

My Go-To Home Depot store, conveniently located and staffed with friendly folks who are always glad to help out.

Just find Jackie , she knows where everything is!! She is nice and helpful!

The store was packed so it was very hard to maintain social distancing and only half the people in there were wearing mask including a couple of employees.Having to touch the scanner in self checkout right after the customer in front of you without it being sanitized between uses is just possibly spreading the virus.Makes no sense what so ever.

The store was very effecient in trying to protect the public & themselves of Corona Virus.

This small store in Firestone has many of the items needed for business and home repair. I shop here often because it's close and they many items i need. The store is well managed!

You guys where every organized. I could find every thing like it was the back of my hand

I required a water heater on short notice the store was well stocked with a number of water heater types. I elected to use a Rheem "Performance" water heater with a 6 year warranty - this is a water heater produced exclusively for the Home Depot. It was easy to install.

Go see Jackie in the hardware department! Her awesome work ethic and humor will make you feel like a friend. She was very helpful in helping us select the correct door lock for our house! She went above and beyond to make us feel special. We will see you again soon, Jackie!!!

The staff here is some of the best. Kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be going to this store for all my home improvement needs.

This store cannot and will not replace the products they sell that have a lifetime! Warranty Their excuse is that only stores with tool rental are authorized to deal with warranty issues and you also need to either have the receipt or the card that it was purchased with! Who keeps receipts more than a year ? Or even has the same credit card that long.

Clean and in stock! I like this Home Depot vs the Longmont store the staff is always around and asking if I need any assistance on finding things.

I have found my experiences with Home depot to be disappointing. The employees are harsh and the policies are not customer friendly. But this is a small somewhat isolated community and they profit off of our limited choices bot unlike other retailers in the area. It is frustrating to say the least.

The Home Depot store itself is fine - however, I would NOT recommend buying appliances here. The delivery company HD contracts with is absolutely horrible. I wish this review could be about them in particular. I’ve been quite disappointed with the HD delivery service and decided to cancel my order and shop elsewhere.

Erin, the appliance manager, was amazingly helpful in resolving the issues I had with the delivery company and the initial sales clerk- If not for the problems I had in getting my appliances delivered, Erin would be the reason to receive a full 5-Star rating- She is the definition of positive customer service and the reason I will keep going back to Home Depot For my home improvement needs!!

Great staff. Friendly and happy to educate you on products they have and the best options for your home and needs. The staff in the blinds are were very helpful as was Dawndra in the appliances area. We were able to buy a washer and dryer plus get insurance coverage and installation scheduled. She was quick to direct us to the right product that fit us. We have never really had a good experience at home depot in Illinois but since moving to Colorado what a huge difference. We are grateful for the staff's assistance in making our shopping easy.

Ann in the appliance department was very helpful and helped me pick our a new washer and dryer which fit my needs.

This Home Depot is definitely our store of choice. Why drive all over when I claim this store as my neighborhood store. Wvery person that greeted us was super helpful and went the extra mile to answer our questions! Robert was amazing!!! He knew exactly what we were looking for and bent over backwards to help us.
