The sign over the pole chainsaw combo was a LOT different than what I was charged on my home depot credit card. The sign said $149.00 and I was charged $199.00

I love this Home Depot. The staff is always friendly and are there to help. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience here. It will be my go to building and hardware store.

I needed a saw and battery. The employee couldn't take the minute to ask what I needed. So I had to wait 15 or more minutes for a 2 minute Transaction

I shop at this location because the employees are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly !

Yes. I felt like the young lady that helped me at the self check out went above and beyond I had my hands full she helped me with my items and helped me scan the lumber I was purchasing. When I was done needing help, she assisted others. I didn’t even realize but she was watching from afar, making sure my checkout experience went smoothly. I only know this because when I was finished, she informed me my new balance on my gift card would be stated on my receipt. And then offered a lumber cart to help me get my items to my truck.

I have never been treated like i was stupid. The store was clean. I like going to this store. Next time I will go to another store.

DAWNMARIE, A MANAGER GAVE ME ONE ON ONE PERSONAL ATTENTION AND STAYED WITH ME UNTIL SHE WAS SURE I WAS COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.

The customer service department in Firestone is amazing. They did everything they could to attach an advertised 3-year warranty to an indoor chair. To date, it appears no one can find a way to add it. So the 5-stars go to customer service not the Home Depot purchase system.

Had to cancel a large order when the item was not available as advertised. Also there were four emails sent which were not correct and a 14 hour window given for delivery. Managers did not call back as promised after numerous attempts to try to find out when the item would be available. Very poor communication.

Well we do buy a lot of things at homedepot and so far they have all worked pretty well.

There were many, many plants and flowers to choose from. If your look for gardening needs, this is the place to go

Aside from not having some items avaialable on occasion, there isn't anything bad to say about this location. Employees inquire and help when needed.

Summer here we we got a lot the flowers in the store.They’re very beautiful.

I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes. Was greeted 3 times in this time frame. Sandy was super friendly and helpful at checkout. I left the store with a smile on my face.

There is always someone available for every department without having to search for someone to assist.

After spending $965 Stacey was extremely rude and unprofessional on many levels after asking for assistance. Not only did she tell me to navigate finding my own flooring she told me she wasn’t waiting for me to get what I needed to check out- she’s going home. I definitely will not be back

Everything is easy to find and the employees are ALL friendly and knowledgeable !!!!

Well first of all, big shoutout to Joe for being like and old school visa commercial, he’s “everywhere you want to be.” Lifting drywall is not fun and it’s heavy so as I was attempting loading my cart with a few sheets, he saw I needed help and he stopped and helped me, he even cleared a trip hazard a customer left in the aisle way so I could get my cart down the aisle. The cashier, Haley, was friendly and pleasant. Then as I was loading the sheets into my truck, Joe showed up and helped again! What a legend!

Love this home depot, very clean great empoylee's very helpful I make this my sunday routine to be there on sunday mornings.

I have had occasion to visit this local HD many times in the last few weeks. I am soooo appreciative of the assistance and camaraderie I have developed with your staff; in particular the front floor person, Sandy (no relation!!! LOL).

Bought a new storm door which was easy to install and just recently bought a shower kit which is very nice as well

I was looking for a product, couldn't find it right away, asked an employee who was happy to help locate it, he got a forklift driver to get it off the shelf within minutes.

I was greeted upon entrance by "Sandy". I explained my dilemma and what I was looking for. She guided me to correct area AND additionally made a couple of other suggestions I might try if what I was going to buy did not work as planned. On top of that, when I got to the area I needed to be yet ANOTHER female employee (whom I SHOULD have gotten the name of, also) made even another suggestion and took me down all isles to search for what I needed and might want to try!!!! My significant other is a regular at this store but he is out to town currently so it was EXTREMELY HELPFUL to have people who could guide this little old lay person!!!

Extremely disappointed that this location has chosen to not sell gas powered lawn equipment. Lots of rural people shop here, and electric cannot handle multiple acres. We now have to shop elsewhere

Well come to begin with this store is in Weld County where sales taxes are lower than Boulder County. This is a big enough store to have just about every line item that I need for my rental and property management activities.

Ordered window coverings through Michael L. He spent an enormous amount of time assisting us in selecting the right coverings. We are so thankful to Michael L. and his assistance.
