Great service and employee attitudes

The employee's were friendly and helpful each time I have shopped there.

The manager and employees were polite, helpful and patient on my recent visit to the store. I had an excellent shopping experience.

Employees were awesome getting someone to help did not take all day, suggested the right product for the job not the highest price product! I appreciated the honesty hard to find these days.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Items are kept in same locations and that's great. I was offered assistance right away. The store was very clean and organized. Found what I needed easily.

EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE, MADE ME FEEL LIKE A BOTHER

Went to the garden center around 8:30 a.m. to pick up topsoil. There were no employees to help with the checkout, so I had to walk all the way to the self-checkout to be able to pay for it. Hours on the door of the garden center states they are open at 6 a.m.

The lady that checked me out was so personable. I shop here a lot and whether she is dealing with me or I observe her with another customer. She treats us like we are a part of her family. The cashier was Nancy.

This store provides not only great products but excellent customer service..a dying art it seems these days...I appreciate their expertise and concern for my needs...Thank You Home Depot and their employees.

I frequently shop at the Fairlawn/Montrose location. The paint department employees are extremely helpful!

Maria at the Pro desk is an angel. She, without hesitation, help place an order with Shelly Mills in Marathon FL for siding. A hurricane repair to a residence in the keys. It was not easy and the HD system was not friendly at all, but she did not give up. She did not turn us away. Instead she CALLED Marathon and talked to Shelly Mills and we were able to place the order. We only have so much time available to make repairs and the two of them working out the details allows us to have materials on site when we arrive. Thanks again to our two angels Maria and Shelly.

My husband is a contractor so we spend a LOT of money at Home Depot. The customer service at the Fairlawn location is probably the worst I've experienced at any retail store in years. And it's consistently bad. They never have enough employees, and the ones they do have don't know where anything is in the store. It's beyond frustrating to shop there!

John in plumbing was extremely rude!! And was actually rude to the customer service cashier that was trying to help me. I will go elsewhere for my items.

Been to many of the home depot stores in the area, but the fairlawn store is the most friendly and the best!

The Fairlawn Home Depot is always clean, organized, and a pleasure to shop at !!! The employees are always friendly, courteous, and helpful !!! I always look forward to going there to get things, from tools & equipment, to wood, materials, and hardware !!!

We find the Associates in every department to be friendly and very helpful. This store always has what we need in stock. Their Return Policy is "hassle-free" and quite generous. And Home Depot's Military Appreciation policy puts it "head & shoulders" above its competition.

The store consistently has everything I need and the Associates are always eager to help you find what you're looking for. In this particular case, the employees in the Paint Department were very friendly and did a great job matching the paint sample I provided to complete my project.

The store employees are always very nice and helpful. We love visiting this home depot because it is so welcoming. I have visited Home Depot in other counties , such as mahoning county. I like to warm and pleasant greeting that you get here.

Today we got help in the electrical department concerning a switch and in the hardware section searching for a particular bolt needed to fit a specific situation. When we were having difficulty finding a cleaner specifically for jetted tub pipes, an associate tracked it down and delivered it to us in the lumber department where we were being helped by an additional person who helped us select and cut a board. 4 different departments, 4 helpful employees. Love going there.

We shop this store often as We are in a Trade that requires most of the products in Home Depot. We always have friendly service and the Staff is always willing to help
