This is my go to store. The people that work here no matter what department your shopping in are very helpful, they know what there talking about. They know there products, It's a very pleasant time shopping at Home Depot. I would recommend this store for all your household needs and then some.

Wayne was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick out our first washer and dryer!

The store is usually clean and stocked with most of the items.

There are a handful of gems working here who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jerry is my go-to guy! Maria is awsome at the pro desk!

As a pro I have loved working with Joy and Maria at the pro desk. They obviously get overwhelmed almost every time I'm there but they handle it with such class. They are in a good mood even when they are sick. Home Depot better treat them both well or someone will steal them from you. What a great asset they are to your store. I'll probably go out of my way to do business at 3841 because of them.

Had a great experience with employees. The lumber yard was decently well stocked. Very empty on Sundays and no lines. Thanks for the great experience and would recommend.

Other stores had no pop-rivet guns or rivets. I went to Wal-Mart first, since I was purchasing another item. Even they suggested that I would find it at your store. The store was nearby, convenient, and I was met by a friendly employee at the door who guided me in the right direction. The hardware man was making keys, and I asked if he could send me in the right direction to find the product. He instantly told me the aisle, location, and pointed me on my way. Within a minute, I was selecting the product that best suited my needs. Thank you and keep efficient for your customers!

Great place to shop!

Very friendly people from the moment I walked in. I was asked if I needed help and I did. I needed to know where I could find a specific item and I was directed to it. Self check out was slow and the one associate had to assist all three customers extensively causing an unpleasant delay since there were other customers waiting for stations to check out. A standard checkout with a cashier scanning would have been more efficient and less waiting.

Store usually has what you need in stock. Employees are pretty friendly and helpful.

Great customer service. They go out of their way to serve the customer and meet their needs.

I like to shop at the Fairlawn Home Depot. They always have the products I want & knowledgeable associates to answer questions.

New CUSTOMER Check-Out Procedure is Inefficient and Slow. It is not efficient for the clerks.

few helpers. they are friendly if you can find them self checkout insulting to retail customers in any retail setting this is a stupid management decision which disconects customers from their retail experience which should be interactive

Love the new check out system

The store has always been well managed and fully stocked. The new Service Center is Excellent! However, the following comments mirror my guest survey comments: The Flatbed I rented yesterday had a cracked windshield (not in the drivers view) from the lower right to the lower left; the bed had piles dirt all along the sides and corners---someone had hauled dirt and not swept out the bed, I purchased 2.6 gallons of fuel after I had driven about 12 miles....the previous renter did not fill the fuel tank. The windshield is concerning since it could be a safety issue in the near future---not yet, but it does raise questions about why this is allowed to continue to be rented to the public.

I was apprehensive about going out on Black Friday but your $200.00 discount on a badly needed snow blower caused me to hit the phone and call 5 stores and I found your Fairlawn store and "Fred" in the Garden Center. He said if I hurried I could get one and when I arrived a few minutes later I could not believe how friendly and helpful he was. I then realized that after meeting Cheryl and Kris from the Pro Desk, that all these associates were that way! I ended up at the Service Desk for Delivery and was very grateful to Allie and Jessica P. for the smiling assistance and professionalism. Even Chris the store manager chatted a bit with me and I know he was busy! I have not had an experience like this at any store in my 45 years of shopping and am thankful for Home Depot Fairlawn.

Always helpful no matter the item or questions, very supportive when it comes to assisting with loading items where necessary also. Thanks guys your my favorite store.

The Pro Desk helps pull my orders so I don't have to spend time shopping. The paint department helped me receive Pro pricing thru the Behr rep. The Behr rep contacts me often on new products. This store is the best in the region.

Store is conveniently located for me. Assistance is very helpful. The people assigned to each area know the products, their uses and factors related to my projects. Their comments and advise have kept me out of trouble and saved much hassle.

I have almost always received great, and friendly service. I also receive discount for being a veteran and that means a lot.

Store was well merchandised. Gentleman at the front door was polite and friendly. Maggie cashier in the garden area was rude and generally "put out" that I dared to venture into that area. John assisted me with getting items to the car was friendly and nice.

Manager Robbie was a Pro at resolving a minor issue that could have escalated. Such a nice, sincere guy with a professional approach combined with a real person in no way superior than the next guy. Down to earth leadership. That’s what it’s all about. It starts at the top and carries through the rest of the team. Robbie took me back to Wayne who was equally helpful and kind. Such a great team who clearly work well together. If Robbie isn’t the GM, he might as well be. He is the best example of leadership I’ve encountered in a LONG time. Thanks!

NO "SMART Phones for employees. Customers come first.
