Great Service

The store was very very nice to me

The entire team is great and understanding.

Paid $8.99 for express shipping - it was supposed to arrive next day. It didnt arrive- When I contacted customer service they said they could get it to me 2 days later so I essentially paid $8.99 for 3 day shipping when the FREE shipping would have been available in 4 days. I asked if they would waive the fee and they said they could not.. I cancelled the order and will be getting it elsewhere.. Completely unreal how they think missing the delivery by 2 days is acceptable and wouldnt even refund the extra shipping fee.

So helpful, they always have what I need and they know where in the store it is

Overall review of one star from multiple disappointing visits due to poor customer service over several years. For this particular review: Went to store to buy a clearance range hood I saw on Sunday 2/16. Item did not have an end date for clearance price, so I did not buy it at the time. Came back 2/17 AM to purchase product, but it was back to regular price. Dept associates offered no assistance, other than saying they were "shocked it went back to normal price". I asked cashier to call mgr to discuss. Mgr did not meet us to discuss, just said "no" via phone. Lost out on a good opportunity to provide great customer service to loyal customers.

The associates were very helpful in finding what I needed. After describing the adjustable saw horses that my husband wanted, Mark studied the several brands the store had and helped me pick out the correct ones for his birthday.

Great and friendly staff of employees

Generally speaking this location is well-stocked and most Associates are helpful however there are individuals within the staff at this location that give you the feeling that doing their job and assisting you is putting a burden upon them. All in all it is a good location and try not to let the few poor individuals stop you from your shopping from this location

Online orders pickup customers, please double check your orders upon loading. Simple things such as well water softener can be a problem. I bought 5 x 40lb and received 2 x 25 lbs and 3 x 40 lbs. I did not check the product upon loading (they looked the same), realized it when I got home. A low cost product became a higher cost inconvenience. Customer service required me to be there in person with a receipt for own words "quote unquote refund", which does not make sense. Management please take this seriously, your staffs do not seem like they want to be there.

Store employees are non-existent. Go here if you know exactly what you want, but don't have any questions. You won't find anyone to answer them.

Excellent experience buying mulch and having help to load in the car. Quick, efficient, helpful - they knocked it out of the park!

Employee's are not friendly or helpful. That is if you can find one. Special orders are a mess. No follow up or even a phone call when your special order arrives. This store will be out in a year. Menrads coming in and Lowe's will shut them down. No loss to our community.

By far the most helpful and friendly staff I have seen at a home depot. Their pro desk is outstanding, and I look forward to seeing them every morning.

Conveniently located with easy parking. no carts left free rolling in the parking lot, felt secure going to and from me vehicle. The store is clean products are conveniently located and easy to get to. isles are wide and free of clutter. Staff was very polite and helpful. Check out was quick and convenient.

Nix the self checkouts. Other than that I love Home Depot.

Love this store. The employees are top notch and knowledgeable. Most important they are accessible. Someone is always available to help. Today a gentleman named Darrell assisted me in picking out a bathroom faucet. I had quite a few questions about installing it and he made sure I had all the right tools and helped me pick out the correct hoses. As an older female and a newbie to "do it yourself" home improvement jobs I couldn't thank Darrell enough for his unmatched customer service. Because of my experience with him, I won't hesitate to embark on other DIY projects. My faucet install went well and it looks super. Thanks Darrell!

We went to the store to make multiple purchases - carpet, laminate, woodwork and appliances. Every single staff member (Damon in flooring, Sale and Wayne in Appliances and the cashier)was helpful, spent a tremendous amount of time with us and did everything they could to simplify and expedite the process. They were all remarkable!

The people in this store go over and beyond to help you. They are pleasant and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they will help you find the answer. Lori and Ray are some of the best we have worked with and we have done a number of remodel projects -- large and small. Thank you!

I literally ran into the store because I had a plumber at the house doing one simple install and needed a faucet after he discovered our problem......I was assisted by someone in kitchen design, in the aisles, and by a sales clerk......and got out of there and home without any lag in time-----saving me wasted labor costs!

STORE DEPARTMENT HEADS ARESUPER. AND HELP FROM OTHER STAFF ++ GREAT! I WOULD RECOMMEND THE STORE; HOWEVER, I HAVE A SIGNIFICANT ISSUE WITH THEIR 'HOME OFFICE' IT DEPARTMENT. ..AND AT THIS POINT THEIR IT DEPARTMENT HAS COST ME SIGNIFICANT TIME AND MONEY AND PASSED ON TO ME THE BURDEN OF PROVING THEIR INEPTITUDE.

I shopped for appliances at the Fairlawn Home Depot, and Lori was very helpful. She guided my on my choices, and scheduled the perfect date for the appliances to be delivered, She knew so much about appliances and she was extremely patient about answering all my questions.

If you need an employee to assist you and get great and friendly help, ask for Fred! He was awesome to assist us when making purchase at Home Depot in Fairlawn

The floor assistants at this Home Depot are great! Have a problem and most of them think outside the box for a creative way to make your project work! I wanted to set-up a temporary mailbox, but didn't want to cement in the post - the assistant took me to lumber and showed me the metal 4' stakes I could use for the hollow of a mailbox post. Perfect! Over the years with church projects they have helped tremendously. Kudos to all in Fairlawn!
