The team at Fairlawn is always on point. I just bought my first home and every time I go in everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable.

I went to look at appliances and plants. Two clerks helped me and were very friendly and knowledgeable about products. Also looked for another product and asked another clerk where to find the product. He not only showed me where the product was, but offered to carry it for me to the cash register. Great service!!!!!! Friendly staff!!!!!!!

Bought an Anderson storm door. Clerk able to show features and benefits of each I was considering.

The gentleman that was in the department was very helpful in finding me the right outlet for USB/electrical. He explained the options for the USB or C plugins that I had no idea existed.

During my visit to this store location, I was pleasantly surprised. Customer Service was fantastic. Unfortunately, this isn't the store that's closest to where I live, but I'll definitely return for the positive customer service experience alone

Every time I have an issue with a product or return, Kara goes out of her way to facilitate the best possible customer service experience. 200%

I had a bad experience when I first walked in , but then the worker Bill Cade walked by and helped me , and even took my heavy items out to the car for me after checkout, the first workers that were close to the door when I walked in did not help me , nor did they point me and my daughter in the right direction.

If you are expecting to arrive at the store, three hours after opening and have the store be entirely open, then be prepared for otherwise. The garden center at this location seems to operate on its own hours. Do not expect assistance from customer service.

The employees here were super friendly and helpful. Every time we have been there, they took time from what they were otherwise doing to assist us and answer our questions. Kara was one of the employees there that we had a particularly great experience with.

Turns out I bought the wrong item and didn’t realize it until later about one week when I was about to use it. Went to the store to exchange it and the employees were very accommodating and made the exchange very efficient.

I was just at this store and have used my Drivers license several times in the past to pay for things-I also own a business and am tax exempt and your cashier was a rude smart mouth and I don’t appreciate her attitude. She told me I couldn’t use my valid ID to look up my credit card number, then when I explained that I do it all the time, she refused to apply my tax ID to make it tax exempt bc “she wasn’t doing both and maybe I should have my card on me next time”. The receipt number is 38410375741, cashiers name is Karen.

I arrived at the store with only 30 minutes before closing but the associate in customer service very patiently handled a special order request without concern to the pending closing time. She was polite and very efficient in placing the order

Jim and Damron Helped us custom cut a kit to match the size of the window we needed for a vertical blinds. They were super patient because I can be picky. They knew what they were doing and did it with strong craftsmanship. Love this location, I always have great customer service and selection.

Today I had a problem finding reciprocating saw but the employee worked there name bill was very very helpful and I'm very appreciative of his help cause actually I had asked another employee to help me ,he just told me the isle of the saw instead of really helping me find it(I 'm not really familiar with tools so after staring at a wall full of tools,Bill was nice enough to actually helped find it ,even go through the trouble of going to other isles casue some of the saw were in the wrong area ,the store needs more workers like Bill!!!
