Not the closest store but its most convenient

Besides the store always being neat and organized, the staff here is just as friendly and knowledgeable as you could want. Even if it'sa little out of the way, this is the store you want!

If you are working on a craft or DIY project, I can recommend JAH at this store. He will listen, give you information and options and help with measurement and cutting. I really appreciate it when an employee says confidently, "I can help you." and it turns out to be true.

The store is always clean, it is easy to find what I need, and if I need something I'm unfamiliar with, someone will walk me directly to that item. THIS is the store to go to for your home improvement needs!

This is my favorite Home Depot in the area because it has a larger inventory, is well laid out, and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Several times staff members have gone out of their way to be helpful and one time I tried to tip a person who helped me load a large box in my car because there was no way I could manage it myself. He refused the tip and said they were not allowed to accept tips. That is an example of a good, honest, helpful employee!

Store was very busy but staff and especially Kenneth the cashier were extremely helpful

Muhammad went above and beyond what any home improvement store associate has ever done for me. I know there are competitor stores and store much closer to where I live but I find the value lies with working with Muhammad. I will continue to shop at THD Fairfield Because of him.

The COVID mechanics are awful. Customers must push past shoppers and HD employees working to restock a busy (hardware/screws/nailss, etc.) aisle, in order to wait in line. Rather than minimize exposure to others, this process creates and prolongs exposure. The aisles are cluttered with "point of use" displays everywhere, and the back half of the store aisles are cluttered with merchandise on pallets or rollers waiting for customer pick ups. The whole environment is messy and nerve-wracking. Add to this the persistent closure of aisles for maneuvering of machines for restocking. I can never wait to "get out" of this location.

Had to get a range hood filter. The service woman told me they were out, when I asked if I could order one and she said they "don't do that." She also couldn't tell me when they would get more so I left without any answer as to when I could get a filter, a common item btw. I immediately went home and looked online, and saw that this location in fact, had 8 in stock. Went back the following day and low and behold,someone else looked it up and found the box, on the shelf, (where it was supposed to be) restocked it and handed me my filter. I had to make two trips totaling an hour of my time for a $14 filter, because of incompetence. Thanks home depot

Dominick and Nana helped me and pointed me in the right direction! Really friendly associates! I witnessed an ASM being really rude to an Employee. It happened in the garden center.

Your Employee Telisha is a every respectful young lady she was very helpful and precise when it comes to her work.

Excellent Covid 19 protocols, shoppers are moved through the store safely and not on top of each other at the registers. Adequate distance observed between shoppers and the number of shoppers allowed in the store is limited.

This store is the best! The staff always knows when I am looking for something and ask if they can help. The garden center lady (sorry I don’t know her name) is so informative and always willing to help. I was at the checkout and the cashier helped me pick out the right garden gloves even though the lines were so long because of COVID-19. She rang me up and gave me the total and I asked her if she had charged me for the gloves? She said”Oh no, I didn’t, thank-you and she added them to my bill and told me she took $10.00 of my total and I asked why? The cashier said it was because I helped her and I was honest. I am always honest and never thought to be rewarded for it but this was really nice. I love my Home Depot!!

They usually have what you need in stock, I also appreciate the fact that they are enforcing the mask policy during this Covid pandemic.

This is my home store and i have nothing but respect in how the employees are handling the customer base during this Covid-19 pandemic. They go out of their way to make it easy for us customers to navigate through the store. during this crazy time, yes there are lines, but people have to be patient and adhere to the distancing and face mask rules as the employees do. As I said this is my home store, so I'm a regular and very comfortable here, thank you workers, blessings to you all and stay safe !!!!!!!!

Always find what I'm looking for and more. Helpful crew and kind cashiers. My wife jokes that is my second home.

This is by far the best Home Depot in Fairfield County (and I've been in them all), the staff are the most knowledgeable, but more importantly, are the friendliest and most willing to help a customer.
