I had three separate encounters with a need for help. Rebecca helped find a solution to a problem I was having looking for a tool that didn’t exist. Chelsea saw me struggling at the self check and came right over to help. Then Eva stepped in and saved the day by solving the technical issue with the check out kiosk. All were friendly, patient, attentive and professional. A quick trip to Home Depot became a reminder of how it takes a village!

I have been to the Fairfield CT store many times in the last 2 months. While the shipment from the warehouse was a disaster, the PEOPLE at the store were tremendous. EVERYONE I encountered on every trip was courteous knowledgable and helpful, and really tried their best to insure I got what I needed and on time.

Gus was at a register and he went above and beyond to help me order a product that was not in store and pointed me in the right direction for some other items. This was at the Fairfield store. Thank you Gus

The management team are their for their pay check not for work atall.

Sometimes small things make us happy and I was not expecting a great response from customer service. the guy was very helpful.

The employees at this store are great. That's why it was disconcerting to see the cashier standing a couple of yards from the giant entryway on a 10 degree day, dressed in all her outdoor clothes, nevertheless very cold. I was cold and I was only there for a few minutes. She was doing her job, but Home Depot was not taking care of her. If they are going to demand that she work what is essentially outdoors, they need to provide her with proper outdoor clothing. Today Home Depot gets one star, and that's only because it's Christmas.

Customer service is the best! This location has the nicest employees and cleanest store. Items are usually in the right place and very easy to find. The aisles are kept clean and clear. I look forward to visiting this home depot!

The key kiosk at Home Depot is amazing. Fast and easy. I didn't even have to take the keys off the ring to be made. Extremely efficient and a great improvement over the old way.

Staff went above and beyond what they had to do. Was able to make my purchases in no time. Such is great when in a hurry.

I had to purchase an Upright Freezer after my old one died unexpectedly. I wasn't in the best of moods, but the employee-Donna Carrubba-was so nice and helpful, the new purchase turned into a very, very pleasant experience. The store is further away than my local one, but this is my new Home Depot.

I had a trunk shipped to me through UPS with a separate combination lock to keep it locked. It arrived without the combo dial to be able to open. A locksmith said it would cost over $100 to unlock. I went to HomeDepot and asked what they would do and the associate just came out with some bolt cutters and cut it the lock off free of charge. This in my opinion is going above and beyond with respect to customer service.

I do not work for Home Depot and should not be checking out items. Stop stealing jobs and hire cashiers!!!

I am a landscape designer and contractor . I buy plants wholesale all over the county and I am a special fan of the Fairfield Home Depot. Amazing, fresh, plump and quality. I am there a couple of times a week and have been for years.
