Pro Desk register employees aren’t trained on the Pro Desk app to help at time of checkout. The make billing errors, which then take 30-60 mins to clean up after a few phone calls.

Poor leadership, I asked to speak with store manager Jack Cruz, I clearly saw him have a conversation near the back with an employee, when I asked to speak with him to tell him my customer concern, he sent Ivy to speak with me, clearly he did not realize I knew who he was or who I was HOWEVER the point is a Home Depot manager to completely hide from his customers clearly shows the lack in leadership. After wasting my time explaining the problem to ivy, lack in even a simple apology.
