great store

nice store, Staff helpful when you need it

This is, overall, a good Home Depot. John from the front area by pick up and tool rental, was very helpul in helping me locate an order that was apparently misplaced. Which is more than I can say for the appliances area employeee, Kerby, who actually sold us the appliances and was unwilling to help us figure out the problem when it came time for us to pick them up. I was disappointed with this interaction in the store with this employee because we generally don’t have any problems. That being said i’ve Never encountered a bad attitude or unwillingness to help a customer aside from that incident.

Itscwas easy to find what I was looking for. And the checkout was very easy.

Almost always get excellent service from this location. I have been a customer many times over the last few decades. Only had an issue one time that I could not get resolved by the manager. Only seen this particular manager there that one time and not since then. I assume they realized he was not up to their standards. Other than that very good service here. I will continue to shop Home Depot. I am an avid DYIer and really like the Ryobi tool line.

it’s a store that complete everything you need

I was required to purchase appliances for kitchen remodel before the project completion and Connie in appliances assisted me with ease. Thank you for assisting me during a time where a lot of deliverables are needed!

Being a woman, I SOOOO appreciated the service from the workers in the plumbing department I received. Answered all my questions & was eager to please me as a customer.

I would put more registers on the Entry Door side of the store. this would be more convenient for customers by saving them time and walking distance.

NOT A FRIENDLY FRIENDLY STORE. COULD NOT FIND ANYBODY TO HELP. PEOPLE THERE ARE NOT VERY NICE LIKE THEY USE TO BE. EMPLOYEES OR MANAGERS NEVER BOTHER TO ASK IF THEY CAN HELP. SO I LEFT THE STORE NOT GETTING EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED. THERE IS YOUNG MAN BOUNCING AROUND LIKE A TAIL ON FIRE REALLY ANNOYING BUT NEVER BOTHER TO ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. I WAS OBVIOUSLY LOOK LIKE I AM LOST. THIS STORE HAS WENT DOWN THE DRAIN.

The customer service at this store is excellent. Other stores could learn a lot from them.

Staff is not real friendly but it's location is really convenient for us.

The Home Depot employees are very friendly and helpful with all questions. They go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the product I was purchasing on September 2018.

Store well organized with plenty of stock and staff ASKS if you need help.

We purchased sample of tiles to be back splash in our kitchen. We picked out our favorite, returned the samples and bought two boxes of the tiles we chose. Allan, the gentleman in that area helped us so much with pulling the items on our project list. He knew the items, knew where they were located and helped us choose the grout color. Joanne, the cashier, was so nice about loading our purchases into our car.

Please staff at least one cash register with a human...and I am not referring to the individual at the self-service lines.

Anyone going to this store for flooring projects, should ask for "Jagger". He is compassionate and sincere on listening to what you have in mind to accomplish your home improvement project. He is also a Veteran (According to his patch Home Depot allows him to wear proudly.) Thanks Jagger.

Nice store with stocked shelves, clean. Helpful, friendly associates.

East side store is more friendly then our west side store, seems like this store also had a few more items then the west side location.. unless I just over looked it

On July 2 at 6:30 pm, I went to get paint. The gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to get the paint I needed. He matched what I already had. Then I went to self checkout. There was a blonde haired lady in her 40’s or 50’s that called for someone to load 5 gallon buckets of paint. A nice young man in his 20’s loaded these heavy buckets. Boy was I thankful for that. Then I got home and forgot my receipt. I called the store and the lady that helped at self checkout saved it back for me. What a super staff you have working. They made this trip to Home Depot a great one, from start to finish.

I live going to this store. Employees are always nice and ready to help. They greet you with a nice attitude and take there time to help you. Keep up the good work!
