The customer service was excellent and couldn't have been any better! Reece was awesome and answered all our questions and couldn't have been any nicer and patient. We have not received our appliances yet but could write a review regarding them when we do.

I was shopping in the store the day of the ice storm. There weren’t very many employees there due to the weather. Brenetta went above and beyond to make my shopping a wonderful experience. Her attitude is absolutely infectious. She is so positive and kind. It’s really hard to find people now days that enjoy their job. Brenetta spoke so kindly of her store Manager and her peers. She 100% made my day!! She also smelled terrific!!!

No one will ask you if I needed help, in the past I used to be greeted by almost every associate NOT NOW, you would see associates hanging out around customer service or paint, some of the managers is not professional, I only know of one manager that’s great to work with his Name is Drew P.

Plumbing problem requiring water cutoff. Associate who was busy asked if he could help. I showed him a phone photo. He quit what he was doing to show me the fix. Back home in record time.

Had a bad experience with a contractor. Home Depot employees helped me figure out a solution to the problem and were very understanding.

This Home Depot is great. They have a great selection at fair price points compared to other home improvement stores and the employees are always friendly and willing to help.

Found the tile I needed after searching several other stores but they were short 5 pieces for our project. Without us having to ask, the associate called the other Evansville store to make sure that is was still in stock and had it held for us to pickup. That was great because then we knew we had what we needed.

Joseph is an outstanding employee who is knowledgeable, respectful and efficient.

We were looking for a specific product and Ricky offered to help us. But, he didn't just help, he went way over and beyond to help us. He really cared about our needs! We were so impressed by his excellent interpersonal skills, hard work ethic, genuineness and knowledge! These days it's difficult to find someone who really cares about your needs, but Ricky took the time to help us, was patient, kind and knew what he was talking about!

Great place to shop. Easy to find what I want.

As an average handyman, am in this store probably more than I should be. There's a gentleman in the plumbing department named Jon who exemplifies what customer service should be, and it's quite simple. Treat customers like you'd want to be treated. Jon knows quite a bit about home improvement yet he is respectful and is eager to help. You can tell he loves his job and it shows in how he treats people. He is not over-bearing or condescending, just friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help.

This is the best store i have been to the staff was so welcoming and polite and made us feel so comfortable actually shown compassion and interest took the extra time for very short conversation about my personal landscape idea i planning as i as for her opinion she suggested on a type of ground cover and i chose her suggestion and it turned out so beautiful if i could post a pic i would thank you ladies

Very Friendly and helpful

As a resident of the Evansville area, I often shop at store #2003. I do so because (a) the store usually has what I need, (b) the employees are always available for assistance, and (c) I've owned shares of HD stock for many years and wish to support the company. But the most important reason I shop at the store is because of the quality of employees management hires. Not only are they friendly, they can usually answer any of my detailed, technical questions and they do so with sincerity, patience and a genuine concern for my need.

I was wanting to purchase a $1,300 hot water heater but could find no one to assist me. It was approximately 8:15 am and no one was around. I went to the front of the store and asked the cashier for assistance. She promptly calls for assistance and I returned to the water heaters. I waited roughly 10 minutes, but no one showed up. I returned to the cashier and made a second request which she did promptly again. I then returned to the water heaters and waited another 10 minutes. Again, no one came to help. Frustrated, I gave up and made my small purchase and left. I was prepared to spend well over $1000.00 but instead only spent $20.

Home Depot on Evansville's east side did a great job installing our new luxury vinyl plank flooring at an excellent price. The installer was very knowledgeable, efficient and constantly picked up after himself. They gladly credited back to my account the products that were not used during the install.

The Evansville East store is always a pleasure to do business with, as the employees are polite, professional, generally knowledgeable, and always helpful.

Home Depot is our "go to" store for all of our remodeling and household product needs. My husband likes the quality and I like the friendly customer service! I love the great prices on their Lifeproof high quality, healthy flooring! Lots and lots of choices!!

We needed a washer and a gentleman named Reece helped us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were able to narrow down what we wanted and made a purchase. He was awesome and made it very easy!!!!
